Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for continuously hydrothermal-treating wastes is provided to reduce times required for treating wastes by supplying and discharging the wastes without changing vapor pressures in a reactor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for continuously hydrothermal-treating wastes includes a first front chamber part(110), a second front chamber part(120), a first reactor, a moving unit, a first rear chamber part(310), a second reactor, and a first steam reusing line. The first reactor receives wastes from the first chamber part and the second chamber part and stirs the waste under a first internal vapor pressure to be discharged to the first rear chamber part. The moving unit separates the waste into pulverized wastes and non-pulverized wastes and supplies the non-pulverized wastes into the second reactor. The second reactor stirs the waste from the moving unit under a second internal vapor pressure. Steam is exchanged between the first front chamber part and the second front chamber part. A part of steam used in the first rear chamber part is supplied to the first front chamber part.

Abstract: A plastic high-efficiency drying apparatus and a drying method using the same are provided to dry plastic filled into a storage container, quickly by transmitting heat of a heater through the inside of the storage container in order except for the low heat loss of the insulated storage container. In a plastic high-efficiency drying apparatus, a storage container(20) is connected to external air inlet pipes(21) and level gauges installed at both ends. The entire outer periphery of the storage container is covered with insulating material(24). An air feed pipe(10) comprises a heater(11) heating and supplying the external air; a first valve(13) installed at the back side of the heater; and a first control device(12) operating or stopping the heater, the first valve, and a fan(40) by setting the temperature of the air and having a safety device cutting off power of the heater by setting the limit temperature. A plastic supply pipe(60) is combined with one end of the storage container together with the air feed pipe and equipped with a second valve(61) closed or opened to inject plastic. A discharge pipe(70) is combined with the other end of the storage container, in order to discharge plastic by opening a screen valve(22) if plastic is dried. If the internal temperature of the storage container is over the temperature set in the first control device, temperature is kept at the predetermined level by controlling the flow of the fan. If over the predetermined temperature, the first valve is closed and the screen valve is opened in a second control device(23) installed on the other side of the storage container. Completely dried plastic is discharged to a storage tank through the discharge pipe by sucking the external air by opening regulating valves of the external air inlet pipes installed at each section of the storage container. A pressure/humidity gauge(30) senses the pressure and humidity of the plastic discharged from the storage container. The fan exhausts the internal air of the storage container. The discharge pipe discharges the dried plastic to the outer storage tank. A controller(50) is connected to the first and second control devices, plural external air inlet pipes, the pressure/humidity gauge, the heater, and the fan.
