CONSTITUTION: A superheater of a solar energy absorber for a solar power generation comprises a superheating pipe. The superheating pipe includes an outer pipe(11) and an inner pipe(12). A buffer area(11a) is formed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe. The thermal medium is charged in the buffer area. The heating of the inner pipe is prevented with the buffer area even if the superheating pipe is heated with the solar energy.

    Abstract: 본발명은진공관형히트파이프태양열집열기에사용되는히트파이프와매니폴더의연결구조, 즉히트파이프의응축부에서매니폴더를통하여시작되는축적된태양열에너지의전달을열 손실없이수행하기위한두 장치사이의연결구조에관한것이다. 본발명진공관형태양열집열기의히트파이프는매니폴더의연결구에삽입되어볼트-너트식결합을하기위하여히트파이프의매니폴더연결측단부외주면의일정길이가나선형으로가공되며, 나선형가공부를지나히트파이프의연결측단부로부터매니폴더연결구깊이정도거리에해당하는곳의히트파이프외주면에직경이다른두 개의원판을중심이일치하도록겹친것과같은원판형층상구조의필러가히트파이프에의해관통된상태로부착되는구조로구성되어져있다. 상기의필러는 2층구조로서, 한층은매니폴더연결구내에있는실리콘링과밀착되고, 다른한 층은연결구입구주위와용접등에의하여단단히부착되므로써히트파이프와매니폴더의연결부위를밀봉시키게된다. 또한, 본발명의매니폴더역시원통형연결구내주면은층상구조이며, 작은직경의내주면하부에히트파이프의나선형외주면과결합할수 있는코일형핀이부착되어있고, 이코일형핀은히트파이프와의결합역할외에상기두 장치사이의접촉면적을증대시켜주므로써두 장치사이의계면에서일어나는열 전달을효율적으로할 수있도록하여준다. 그리고, 매니폴더연결구의입구측과가까운큰 직경의내주면과상기작은직경의내주면이만나는턱 부분에는실리콘링이안착되어히트파이프의필러면과밀착됨므로써 1차적인밀봉을하게된다. 따라서, 본발명에서는실리콘링에의한밀봉과, 필러에의한연결구주위의밀봉및 코일형핀에의한열 전달면적의증대로히트파이프와매니폴더사이의열 전달이매우효율적으로이루어진다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A plating solution to be covered and a plating method using the same are provided to form an alloy plating layer which comprises nickel and cobalt that are not harmful to the human body and are not eluted by hot water, thereby having superior corrosion resistance so as to prevent corrosion generated by contact of hot water with the inner surface of a hot water heat accumulating vessel or a low boiling vessel made of iron. CONSTITUTION: The alloy plating solution for preventing corrosion inside a hot water vessel made of iron comprises 60 to 80 g/l of NiSO4(NH4)2, 25 to 35 g/l of 2NiCO2· 3Ni(OH)2·4H2O, 5 to 10 g/l of Co(NH4)2·(SO4)2·6H2O, 10 to 15 g/l of CoSO4· 7H2O, 15 to 20 g/l of NaH2·PO2·H2O and 20 to 25 g/l of H3BO3 as a plating solution used in an alloy plating for preventing corrosion of an iron base metal. The method for plating the alloy plating solution comprises the processes of manufacturing a tank made of iron required for storing hot water; and plating the tank made of iron as rotating the tank at a current density of 4.0 to 4.8 A/dm2 for 5 to 10 minutes after filling a certain amount of the alloy plating solution in the tank, wherein a plating layer obtained by the alloy plating method comprises 75 wt.% of Ni and 15 wt.% of 15 wt.% of Co, and a thickness thereof is 96 to 108 microns.

    Abstract: According to the present invention, a solar thermal power generation system is disposed to be in close contact with an absorption module in order to absorb heat of the absorption module, and configured to include a heat pipe to transfer heat directly to a thermal conversion generator, thereby enabling compaction of the system with a simple thermal transfer structure and effective heat transfer with increased contact area of the absorption module.
