Abstract: PURPOSE: A microwave plasma gasifier and a gasification method are provided to improve gasification efficiency by increasing contact time between plasma flame and fuel and adjusting the mixing ratio of steam, oxygen, and fuel. Abstract: PURPOSE: A combustion-gasification apparatus of a coal using supercritical water is provided to conduct a reaction by only a low grade cola, without additional heat supply and to simplify reaction process. CONSTITUTION: A pump supply a mixture of coal and water to a supply pipe(31) by pumping. A tubular reactor(30) is connected to a discharge pipe(32) to conduct combustion-gasification in a supercritical water condition and exhausts mixture that reaction is finished, through an exhaust pipe. A heat-collecting jacket(40) has a coolant inlet in a lower part of the tubular reactor and collects reaction heat from a reactor. A post pressure control valve(50) is installed in an exhaust pipe and controls inner pressure. A liquid gas separator(60) collects water in a lower part and gas components in an upper part. 1 parts by weight of coal and 8-10 parts by weight of water are mixed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A oxidation removal method of tar using catalyst is provided to oxidize the heat generated in the gasification process with high efficiency without additional heat supply, and to sole problems of obstruction and corrosion by the tar in refinement of back end, the heat exchange, and electric power system. CONSTITUTION: The oxidation removal method of tar using catalyst includes the steps of: separating the particle material included in the synthetic gas by inserting the synthetic gas to the separation chamber through the inlet tube; flowing ing the synthetic gas, in which particle material is separated, into the catalyst oxidation layer; eliminating as the gaseous substance while the synthetic gas passes through the catalyst oxidation layer of low temperature state of 100~450°C and oxidizes the tar included in the synthetic gas by the catalyst reaction; and discharging synthetic gas in which tar component is removed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rectangular dual circulating fluidized bed reactor is provided to smoothly circulate thermal particle between a combustion zone and a gasification zone. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular dual circulating fluidized bed reactor comprises a rectangular ascending pipe, a first cyclone, a descending pipe, a rectangular main reactor(24), a non-mechanical valve(25), and a gas outlet. The ascending pipe brings about a combustion reaction of the solid fuel. The first cyclone divides the gas created during the combustion reaction with the solid particle among the solid fuel. The main reactor is operated to the bubble fluidized bed in order to gasify the solid fuel. The mechanical valve re-circulates the solid particle by controlling the amount of the sold particle. The gas outlet discharges the gas generating from the main reactor.

Abstract: A high-temperature air producing system for gasifying low grade hydrocarbon fuel is provided to dispose all kinds of low-grade hydrocarbon fuel with the same constitution by substituting the high-temperature air for oxygen and to generate power at high efficiency by controlling environment load accompanied with combustion at the minimum. The high-temperature air producing system for gasifying low grade hydrocarbon fuel is composed of a low-grade hydrocarbon fuel gasifying device, a high-temperature air generating device, and a reforming device. Especially, the high-temperature air producing system includes an air preheating system for preheating the air by recovering the radiant heat generated by combustion of the low-calorific gas. The high-temperature air producing system utilizes the high-temperature air over 1,000°C containing steam or the pure air as a gasification agent instead of oxygen in an MEET(Multi-staged Enthalpy Extraction Technology).
