Abstract: PURPOSE: The escort system of a vehicle according to directions is provided to guide the transferring path of the vehicle by detecting the transferring path and operating suitable light source for corresponding direction to the transferring path. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of detection sensors is mounted on the several directions of the outside of a vehicle. Signal from the detection sensors is inputted in a controller. A plurality of light sources(20, 40, 50) is mounted on the several directions of the outside of a vehicle. The controller recognizes the location of a driver using the detection sensors. The controller supplies power to the light sources and irradiates light based on the transfer direction of the driver.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A speed sensitive rain sensor is provided to measure the change of the rain drop amount on the vehicle interior by mounting a separate sensor from a wind shield of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A speed sensitive rain sensor comprises a lighting-emitting unit(110), a photo diode(120) and a prism(130). The lighting-emitting unit and the photo diode are installed in the front of a substrate(200). The prism is installed in the front of the photo diode and the lighting-emitting unit. The prism comprises a first reflector of the first direction and a second reflecting surface of the second direction. The prism comprises the first sensor formed in the first reflector front and the second sensor formed in the second reflecting surface front. A sensing member(140) is installed on outside of a first sensor and a second sensor. The light is reflected in the first reflecting surface from the lighting-emitting unit and is output to the sensing member through the second sensor.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A prism mediated type rain sensor embodying a simple light collection structure is provided to accurately sense the amount of rain by removing an unnecessary variables in the infrared ray detection and by making the light collection structure simple. CONSTITUTION: A lighting-emitting unit(110) and a photo diode(120) are separated with a fixed interval and are located toward a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). A prism(200) comprises a first inclined plane(220), an upper end horizontal plane(280) and a second incline(240). The light of the lighting-emitting unit is reflected to the first inclined plane of the prism. The light is refracted with the upper end horizontal plane and enters a front glass(150) of the vehicles. The light, which is reflected to the front glass, is curved with the upper end horizontal plane. The refracted light is reflected to the second incline and enters the photo diode.
