PURPOSE: A mobility management method using CoMP(Coordinated Multiple Point) communication is provided to offer a handover technology applied to the CoMP communication. CONSTITUTION: A source base station establishes communication with UE(User Equipment)(S212). The source base station transmits a CoMP additional request in a neighbor base station(S213). The source and neighbor base stations establish the UE and CoMP communication according to the CoMP additional request(S214). The source base station transmits an anchor cell conversion request to the base station. PURPOSE: A customer management system with a femto cell and a method thereof are provided to automatically register a new customer by determining whether a customer with a mobile terminal is new or not when the mobile terminal enters a femto cell area. The femto cell base station transmits information about the recognized mobile terminal to a customer management server. PURPOSE: A method and device of reducing the consumption power of a femto base station which is operated with a CSG call are provided to reduce the amount of interference which is generated from operating the femto base station. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(650) receives information about instructing an operation mode conversion from a macro base station through a wireless communication. A control unit(630) controls the operation mode conversion according to the instruction of the operation mode conversion which is received through the receiving unit. If the information about the instructing the operation mode conversion is receiver, a transmitting unit(640) transmits a response message to the macro base station. The control unit registers the terminals which are registered in the femto cell base station to the macro base station.

PURPOSE: A base station shaped control device, and a system and a method for the same are provided to supply flexibility by supporting various standards in the same hardware through the application of an SDR technology to a base station. CONSTITUTION: A BS(Base Station) shaped control device(10) includes a user interface unit(110) and a CPU(Central Processing Unit)(120). The user interface unit receives a user request which selects a standard, and The CPU receives a selected standard program from a storage unit(140) based on an SDR(Software Defined Radio) technology. A system and a method for naming a service of an SCA(Software Communications Architecture) based application component are provided to supply a high-speed naming service by obtaining the arrangement information of SCA application components from hostcollcation elements of an SAD file. An arrangement information analysis module(901) analyses the arrangement information of components, which configure an application, from a software assembly descriptor file, and a database module(902) stores the arrangement information of the component and a naming service development result.
