Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for transmitting/receiving a digital broadcast are provided to repetitively play stored advertisement contents after storing advertisement contents which are transmitted in non real time, thereby removing a need of repetitively transmitting the advertisement contents. CONSTITUTION: A broadcast receiver(101) receives advertisement contents and information about a play time of the advertisement contents. A contents storing unit(103) stores the received advertisement contents. A broadcasting controller(105) controls the play time of the stored advertisement contents according to the information for the play time of the advertisement contents. The broadcast receiver receives broadcast contents which are transmitted in real time and played. The broadcast controller controls the broadcast contents to be stored in the contents storing unit.

Abstract: A broadcast receiving apparatus for fair-use of broadcast, and a method for recording and reproducing a broadcast for the same are provided to restrict a recording and a reproducing of a broadcasting program by registering a range of a personal usage for a protection of a broadcasting program. Abstract: A device for applying DRM(Digital Rights Management) to a contents execution terminal with interoperability and an operation method thereof are provided to enable a user to use the same contents in various devices without converting the contents by using an operation mechanism among a contents player, a DRM processor, a DRM agent, and a DRM tool library. A DRM processor(220) searches an applied DRM tool(230) from a terminal or an external server based on DRM tool information by receiving the DRM tool information, which includes a control point applying the DRM tool in contents, from a contents player(210). A DRM tool agent(231) is included in the searched DRM tool, and connects a library function for the DRM tool with the control point by receiving the DRM tool information from the DRM processor and loading a DRM tool library(232). The contents player decodes the DRM contents by applying the DRM tool again in a way which transfers the contents to the DRM tool agent by calling the DRM processor at the connected control point. The DRM tool agent determines whether the DRM tool is applicable to the contents based on the DRM tool information, authenticates and connects the library function with the control point when the DRM tool is applicable.

상기 카운터를 이용하여 원본 데이터를 소정 크기로 분할하기 위하여 버퍼 메모리에 저장하는 단계; 상기 카운터를 이용하여 상기 버퍼 메모리에 저장된 원본 데이터를 분할하여 출력하는 단계; 상기 분할되어 출력되는 데이터에 대한 소정 처리를 완료한 후, 원본 데이터와 같은 크기로 재구성하기 위하여 버퍼 메모리 번지를 나타내는 카운터를 이용하여 버퍼 메모리에 저장하는 단계; 및 상기 버퍼 메모리 번지를 나타내는 카운터를 이용하여 버퍼 메모리에 저장되어 있는 데이터를 원본 데이터의 크기와 같은 크기로 재구성하는 단계;를 포함함.
