Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method of a handover between communication network and a broadcast network, a communication network handover controller, and a broadcast network handover controller are provided to start a handover procedure in a network terminal. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting contents confirmation unit(210) confirms the broadcasting contents which are continuously provided through a second network, and a network selection unit(230) considers the information on available resources and the provision of the broadcasting contents received from peripheral network in order to select at least one second network which provides broadcasting contents. A transmission and reception unit(250) transmits a previous preparation request message for the handover to at least one second network. The transmission and reception unit transmits a message which requests the watching of the broadcasting contents through the second network.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for measuring an electromagnetic radiation pattern in a free space using a GTEM cell and a system thereof are provided to predict a total radiation power and a free space radiation pattern as to an EUT(Equipment Under Test) from a power measured at an output port of the GTEM cell using a correlation between the GTEM cell and free space. CONSTITUTION: According to the method for measuring an electromagnetic radiation pattern in a free space after modeling an EUT(Equipment Under Test)(20) as a dipole moment in a GTEM cell(10), an output power at an output port(11) of the GTEM cell is measured using 24 arrangements of coordinate axes of the GTEM cell and coordinate axes of the EUT in a specific frequency band. Then, the radiation pattern or the total radiation power in the free space as to the EUT modeled as a dipole moment are predicted using the measured total output port power.

PURPOSE: A method for extracting radiated electric field on a ground plane using free space measurement result is provided to predict an electric field in an OATS(Open Area Test Site) using a dipole modeled using a measurement result in a FAC(Fully Anechoic Chamber). CONSTITUTION: According to the method, an electric field around an EUT(Equipment Under Test) placed in an anechoic chamber is measured. An equivalent electric and magnetic dipole is constructed using the measured electric field. A vertical and horizontal electric field radiated in an OATS(Open Area Test Site) or on a ground plane from the above dipole is calculated. Electric field distribution is calculated in the same space range as the electromagnetic field measurement as to each frequency using the calculated vertical and horizontal electric field and then a maximum value is obtained.

The present invention relates to a method for providing proximity communication service between terminals supporting a multiple wireless access technology. The method comprises the following: a first terminal which has made connection to a first access network requests information required to search for a target terminal to a network management server; the network management server transmits information on the target terminal selected based on the information to the first terminal; the network management server determines a communication mode for a proximity communication service between the first terminal and a second terminal which is the target terminal and has made connection to a second access network; if the communication mode between the first terminal and the second terminal is determined, the network server transmits a first request message for requesting communications between the first terminal and the second terminal to the first terminal and the second terminal via the determined communication mode; and the network server receives a first response message on the request message from the first terminal and the second terminal.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal includes a first wireless access interface supporting a first network and a second wireless access interface supporting a second network. When the first wireless access interface is activated and the second wireless access interface is inactivated, the mobile terminal cannot confirm whether or not a network entity included in the second network exists around the mobile terminal. Therefore, the mobile terminal cannot determine when the second wireless access interface is activated. According to the present invention, disclosed is technology to enable the mobile terminal to automatically activate the second wireless access interface which is inactivated.
