본발명은두 가지이상의필름들의정확한정렬을유지하면서효과적인전자파흡수기능을갖는다중대역용전자파흡수구조에대한것으로, 제1 유전체부, 제1 저항성패턴부, 제2 유전체부, 제2 저항성패턴부를포함할수 있으며, 이를통해여러주파수대역의전자파를효율적으로흡수또는저감하는효과가존재하며유지보수가쉬워지고전자파흡수면적을자유롭게제어할수 있는장치및 그생성방법을제공하는데그 목적이있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A power distribution network for restraining broadband noise is provided to restrain a simultaneous switching noise in a wider frequency band and to apply an electromagnetic band gap structure to an actual multilayered package or printed circuit board structure. CONSTITUTION: A power distribution network for restraining broadband noise includes a ground plane and a power plane. A combination of electromagnetic band gap unit cells(110) having various sizes is placed at the ground plane or the power plane. The cell is rectangular or triangular. A pair of concave parts(111,112) is placed at each side of the rectangular cell, and the concave part has a first width and a first length. A convex part(121) is formed at the cell, and has a second width and a second length by the concave parts. The second length is longer than the first length. The convex part having a third length is formed around center of each side of the triangular cell, and the side has a third length.

PURPOSE: A power distribution network is provided to minimize the influence of a discontinuous reference surface on signals by forming a return current path for a signal line. CONSTITUTION: A power distribution network has a reference surface which has a discontinuous structure and is arranged under a signal line and a return current path which is formed in the reference surface for the signal line. The return current path is formed in one of identical, proportional, and enlarged shapes relative to the signal line. The reference surface is formed into either a power source surface or a grounding surface, having a discontinuous structure in a printed circuit board or package. The discontinuous structure is a single-side electromagnetic bandgap structure.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An electromagnetic bandgap structure is provided to increase a frequency noise reduction band by using a transmission line and a via connected to a patch. CONSTITUTION: An EBG(Electromagnetic Band Gap) structure is comprised of patches(300) which are regularly arranged and one ground surface without an air gap. The patches are connected through a signal line(301) and a via(303). An anti-pad is additionally formed in a ground layer to prevent a short. A gap(302) is formed between patches. A PCB is comprised of an uppermost layer, a power layer, a ground layer, and a lowermost layer.

본 발명은 ⅰ) 연자성 금속 분말 85~95중량%; 및 ⅱ) 50~90중량%의 열가소성 고분자 수지와 10~50중량%의 폴리아미드-러버 블록 공중합체로 이루어진 고분자 수지 조성물 5~15중량%를 포함하는 전자파 흡수체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 폴리아미드-러버 블록 공중합체를 이용함으로써 연자성 금속 분말의 함량을 최대로 증가시키고, 얇은 두께의 필름 형성이 가능하도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 전자파 흡수체는 902~928㎒ 주파수 대역에서 70% 이상의 전자파 흡수율을 발휘할 수 있어 최근 이용이 증가하고 있는 ISM 주파수 대역 중 900㎒ 주파수 대역의 전자통신기기에 유용하게 적용될 수 있다. 전자파 흡수체, 연자성 금속 분말, 폴리아미드-러버 블록 공중합체, 반사손실값
Abstract:
Provided are a composite sheet composition which is high in electromagnetic interference shielding property, a method for preparing the composite sheet composition, and a composite sheet of single layer prepared by using the composition. A composite sheet composition comprises 70-90 wt% of a filler which comprises 35-45 wt% of a heat radiating powder, 20-50 wt% of a soft magnetic powder, and 5-40 wt% of a conductive metal powder; and 10-30 wt% of a polymer matrix resin. Preferably the heat radiating powder is at least one selected from the group consisting of alumina, boron nitride and aluminum nitride and comprises three kinds of spherical powders of different particle size having 2-6 micrometers, 8-15 micrometers and 30-60 micrometers in a ratio of 1:1:1.

본 발명은 낮은 체적저항을 달성하고 충격강도를 비롯한 물리적 기계적 특성을 향상시켜 각종 전자기기에서 신뢰성이 우수한 전자파 차폐재를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 고분자 매트릭스와 전도성 충전재인 금속분말 및 탄소나노튜브를 필수성분으로 하되, 탄소나노튜브의 체적비 함량을 0.2%∼10% 범위로 하고, 금속분말의 체적비 함량을 7.0%∼30%로 하는 조성물을 이용하므로써, 최저 체적비가 7.2%라는 매우 낮은 함량의 탄소나노튜브와 금속분말을 충전하여 전도성 충전재 어느 하나의 단독 성분만으로는 달성할 수 없는 경량화 및 저가격화가 가능하며, 또한 상대적으로 함량이 많은 고분자 특유의 유연성을 충분히 발휘하여 내충격성을 향상시키며, 전기전도도 및 전자파차폐효율에 있어서도 기존의 상용화 제품과 비교하여 동등 수준 이상의 특성을 나� ��내는 효과가 있다.
