Abstract: A simulation training method and a system thereof using a message are provided to offer a situation on a process to a manager in real time, thereby evaluating a user's confrontation attitude in a dangerous situation through a message. A situation message, an automatic response message, user group information, and user group classification information are stored in a simulation training DB(S14). An automatic response message corresponding to the situation message is received(S16). The situation message is transmitted to a training user(S18). User automatic response information corresponding to the transmitted situation message is received(S20). A message and information stored in the simulation training information DB are displayed(S22).
