The present invention discloses a device for upstreaming personal lifelog data, a system and a method thereof. A device for managing the personal lifelog data comprises an input part for receiving data according to the manipulation of a menu or keys from a user; a control part for collecting the personal lifelog data measured from at least one sensing device according to the inputted data before controlling upstreaming of the personal lifelog data to a data server based on the generation time of the data transmitted for the last time; a communication part for transmitting the personal lifelog data to the data server according to the control; and a store part for storing the personal lifelog data collected from the sensing device.

PURPOSE: A virtual machine providing system using device cloud and a method thereof are provided to supply a system and a method using computing by using only a terminal using device cloud without possessing a computer. CONSTITUTION: A virtual machine providing system includes a terminal(100), a server(200), and one or more forming devices(300-1). The terminal includes only a user terminal or software for the user interface. The user interface communicates with the server providing a device cloud service and delivers a user request to the server. The server registers the forming devices as resources used by a virtual machine and controls the forming devices as the virtual machine used by the terminal. The server includes a user request processing unit(210), a virtual machine composition unit(220), a device cloud resource management unit(230), and a device cloud database(240). The virtual machine composition unit detects information about resources in device cloud from the device cloud database to deliver the same to a user through the user request processing unit as a virtual machine providing request is inputted by the user. The device cloud resource management unit stores a device formed as the virtual machine in the device cloud database. The device cloud database provides information about devices by a request of the virtual machine composition unit. PURPOSE: A method for managing an application of a terminal, a device thereof, a method for managing an application in the terminal, and a device thereof are provided to synchronize an application in various terminals and to synchronize the application between different terminals. CONSTITUTION: If an application of a first terminal(110) is changed(S210), the first terminal notifies the change of the application to an application management server(200) and transmits a synchronization request message(S220). The application management server receives the synchronization request message from the first terminal(S230) and updates application information(S240). The application management server searches for a terminal to which the change of the application is applied from among terminals of a user except for the first terminal(S250). If a second terminal(120) is found for applying the change, the application management server requests a notification message to a push server(300)(S260). PURPOSE: A mind aware based visual attention device and a control method thereof, and an image output device using the same are provided to down-sample an image and partition an object and analyze a situation based on colors and an approximate shape, thereby the amount of processed data. CONSTITUTION: A preprocessing unit(20) down-samples an input image to perform filtering, object portioning, and situation analysis. A situation collecting unit(10) collects situation information for recognizing a situation. A memory storage unit(50) stores situation information collected by the situation collecting unit and stores a good feeling between the situation information and the object. A visual attention processing unit(30) collects data from the input image through an extrinsic and intrinsic vision attention model to set an extrinsic and intrinsic vision area.

PURPOSE: A wireless microphone device and a method for providing a handover function between audio output devices are provided to cover the entire installation space of the audio output device by using a small amount of output power. CONSTITUTION: A searching unit(151) searches audio output devices around a wireless microphone device. A distance producer(153) respectively produces a distance between the wireless microphone device and the audio output devices searched by the searching unit. A selecting unit(155) selects the audio output device with the shortest distance as a basic audio output device. PURPOSE: An object tracking device and a method thereof at the mobile camera environment are provided, which adjust the line-of-sight of camera according to the movement of the track object material, thereby the track object material is traced effectively. CONSTITUTION: An object modeling unit(130) produces the color distribution of the track object material, after modeling the extracted track object through a dynamic area extracting unit(110). An object tracing unit(150) produces the color distribution of next image frame collected through the image collecting device(10). The object tracking part traces the track object material after producing the posteriori probability that each pixel belongs to the track object material in the next image frame.

PURPOSE: A device and method for self-guard in an emergency situation by using multi-modal information are provided to transmit the information on a current situation of a user to a security company or another user wirelessly when the user is in an emergent situation. CONSTITUTION: An emergency processor(20) recognizes a user voice, and generates an emergency event when the recognized voice exists in an emergent situation voice list. When an emergency situation event is received, an image information processing unit(10) photographs a peripheral situation to generate image information. In addition, a location information processing unit(30) obtains the location information indicating the position of a user. A multimodal information processor(40) integrates the image information with location information according to the emergency situation event to generate multimodal information.
