Abstract: PURPOSE: A high speed decoding method for a low-density parity-check code is provided to obtain low error floor, by using BPSK(Binary Phase Shift Keying) modulation and additive white Gaussian noise channel environment. CONSTITUTION: An LDPC(Low Density Parity Check) code is decoded by LDPC decoding method using a message expressed as an LLR value. The message is converted into a bit stream corresponding to the LLR value. The LDPC code includes a variable node updating procedure using a bit stream. The variable node updating procedure includes a binary calculation procedure among input message values. The variable node updating procedure uses a threshold value.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for decoding distribution video using motion-compensated image is provided to enhance compression efficiency using MCIF(Motion Compensated Interpolation Frame). CONSTITUTION: An intra-decoding unit(150) decodes key frame from received bitstream. A motion compensating unit(160) generates MCIF(Motion Compensated Interpolation Frame) using previous key frame block and key frame block. The average of pixel concentration is calculated based on current key frame block and forward direction movement vector information.
