Abstract: PURPOSE: A copyright protection apparatus is provided to decide whether a moving picture is illegally distributed one or not by applying copyright information to the moving picture file. CONSTITUTION: A processing unit(100) decomposes a moving picture to a plurality of unit images. A processing unit is created a main image, a sub image, and an intensity image based on the unit images. The sub-image has a copyright information of a moving picture. An intensity image makes pair with the sub image. According to a merge intensity of the intensity image, a merging unit(200) merges the sub image with the main image. According to the time sequence, an output unit(300) consecutively outputs the merged image.
