PURPOSE: A system and method for media mediator are provided to supply a platform to an end user by uploading contents from contents providers and a plurality of service providers using different platforms and converting contents to one platform. CONSTITUTION: An aggregator(410) searches whether a content provider generates content or not. If the generated content exists, the aggregator uploads the content. A media mediator(420) encodes the contents to provide the encoded content to an end user. If a new content is added to a feed of a content provider, the aggregator determines the added content as content which the content provider generates. The feed is corresponded to one among a folder which sharing is set in a terminal of the content provider and address accessible to the content.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for cloud computing resource distribution using mobile devices are provided to develop various and new type of services according to the use of mobile resources by utilizing various mobile resources to profit creation, local based service, and social network service. CONSTITUTION: If a request for registering mobile resource is inputted from a user, a resource register(301) confirms whether or not the resource can be registered through analyzing the requested resource. If the mobile resource can be registered, an equipment manager creates mobile virtual organization and registers the mobile resource. A metadata storage unit stores the meta data information for the registered mobile resource. A resource manager(302) stores the meta data for the registered mobile resource information.

PURPOSE: A greenhouse plant growth control device using a sunlight wavelength control, and a controlling method thereof are provided to adjust the growth speed of plants for the plant production quantity and shipping period control. CONSTITUTION: A greenhouse plant growth control device(200) determines the plant production quantity by the estimated production quantity information of a greenhouse, and the estimated quantity demand. The wavelength of sunlight to pass through a fuel-sensitive type panel(210) is selected by the determined plant production quantity. A wavelength control signal corresponding to the selected wavelength is offered to the fuel-sensitive type panel.

PURPOSE: An IPTV service control method and system using a mobile terminal are provided to control an IPTV with a sight without a separate sight sensing camera. CONSTITUTION: A visual point recognition unit(111) acquires information about a visual point. A visual point processing unit(112) compares the screen of a mobile terminal(110) with the visual point information. The visual point processing unit calculates coordinates corresponding to the visual point. An STB(Set Top Box) control client(117) displays the same screen as a TV on the mobile terminal. The STB control client transmits the coordinate to an STB(120). The STB displays a selection icon at the same location as the coordinate on the TV.

PURPOSE: A quality measuring system of several class images and system thereof are provided to evaluate the image quality of multiple layers based on a quality measuring result of each layer. CONSTITUTION: A bitstream extraction unit(110) separates an inputted multi-level image into a base layer bitstream and an enhanced layer bitstream. A base layer quality measuring unit(120) generates image quality measuring result information of a base layer image. An enhanced layer quality measuring unit(130) generates image quality measuring result information. An integrated quality evaluation unit(140) evaluates the effective quality of the several class images.

PURPOSE: A system and method for changing a channel of similar contents are provided to directly switch a channel into another channel which provides similar broadcasting contents. CONSTITUTION: A system for changing a channel of similar contents comprises an information extraction module(110), a contents extraction module(120) and a channel switching module(130). The information extraction module extracts from produced contents the information necessary to extract similar contents groups. The contents extraction module uses the broadcasting information or tag information of the reproduced contents to extract similar contents related to the reproduced contents. The channel switching module controls the channel switching operation between the reproduced contents and the similar contents.

A multimedia message group transmission system using a home subscriber server and a method thereof are provided to prevent the waste of resources in the group transmission of a multimedia message, thereby utilizing the network resources more efficiently. A multimedia message group transmission system comprises a home subscriber server(30), an MMS(Multimedia Message Service) server(20) and a sub MMS servers(40-a,40-b). The home subscriber server matches group information with group-set subscriber information and then stores the matched result. The MMS server obtains information about receiving subscribers from the home subscriber server, and transmits a multimedia message according to the obtained information. The sub MMS servers transmit multimedia messages to the receiving subscribers according to the multimedia message transmitted from the MMS server and the receiving subscriber information.

A noise removal apparatus for a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) service and a method therefor are provided to remove a noise signal in consideration of an SNR(Signal-to-Noise Ratio) weight value. A power spectrum estimator(110) estimates a voice power spectrum and a noise power spectrum from a noise voice signal. A Wiener filter designing unit(120) calculates an SNR from the voice power spectrum and the noise power spectrum, acquires an SNR weight value corresponding to the calculated SNR, and designs a Wiener filter function which reflects the SNR weight value. A Wiener filter unit(130) removes a noise signal included in the noise voice signal by using the Wiener filter function.

A speech noise canceling apparatus and method for guaranteeing QoS(Quality of Service) of a VoIP service, and a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) terminal employing the same are provided to measure noise generated between VoIP soft phones by using a PESQ(Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality) speech quality measurement algorithm and a voice data code book and cancel its noise. An input unit(122) receives a cancel signal of noise generated during voice call communication from the user. A file/data generating unit(142) generates a reference voice file corresponding to actual voice data in a VoIP network, packetizes the reference voice file, and converts the packetized reference voice file into test voice data. A PESQ measurement unit(140) extracts a PESQ-MOS(Mean Opinion Score) value by applying the reference voice file and the test voice data to a pre-set PESQ speech quality measurement algorithm. A parameter calculating unit(150) calculates a speech quality disincentive value corresponding to the generated noise by using the extracted PESQ-MOS value. A deviation value calculating unit(160) calculates the deviation between the calculated speech quality disincentive value and a pre-set speech quality disincentive value. A network management unit(170) determines an error state of the VoIP network based on the calculated deviation value and removes the speech quality disincentive.
