Abstract: The present invention provides a health management system for predicting a likelihood of an illness of a user based on information collected from a user, and a method for providing health information thereof. The health management system according to the present invention comprises a user device collecting health data and living data of a user and providing the collected data, and a health information processing device performing statistical analysis based on an electronic medical record and the health data to calculate a likelihood of an illness of the user, and correcting the calculated likelihood of an illness according to the living data, wherein the living data includes social information indicating location information of the user or a human connection of the user.

Abstract: According to the present invention, a medical management server which provides disease progress information of a patient who had a diagnosis or a treatment in a hospital and disease management information thereof are provided. The medical management server according to the present invention includes an interface unit for receiving progress data which shows a medical status of a patient who had a diagnosis or a treatment in a hospital from a user terminal; and a statistics analysis unit for statistically analyzing progress data based on clinical data which show a diagnosis or treatment history in a hospital, generating the disease progress information of the user according to the analyzed result, and providing the analyzed data as a result. Abstract: PURPOSE: A health care server and an operation method thereof are provided to offer a customized alarm service to patients of different health conditions by referring to the clinical and health information of each patient. CONSTITUTION: A health care system includes a hospital server (110), a personal health record server (120), and a customized health care server (130). The hospital server stores the clinical information of patients in a clinical information database (111). The personal health record server stores personal health information of a patient measured at home or in a mobile environment in a health record database (121). The customized health care server receives the clinical information and the personal health information of each patient from the hospital server and the personal health record server, respectively and performs a customized diagnosis depending on the conditions of each patient. The customized health care server comprises a symptom collection module (131), a symptom database (132), an alarm/reaction rule management module (133), an alarm/reaction rule database (134), and an alarm generation module (135). The symptom collection module receives the clinical information of each patient from the clinical information database of the hospital server.
