The present invention relates to a wireless positioning device using a weighted value in a wireless communication network comprising; a fixed infrastructure exploration part which explores and receives information of fixed infrastructures adjacent to a positioning target node; an infrastructure combination producing part which produces fixed infrastructure combinations used for the positioning from the information of the fixed infrastructures; a positioning information element extracting part which extracts a positioning information element among the fixed infrastructures from each fixed infrastructure combination; a weighted value producing part which adds a weighted value according to the each fixed infrastructure combination using the extracted positioning information element; a fixed infrastructure combination selecting part which selects fixed infrastructure combination for the positioning using the added weighted value; a position calculating part which calculates the position of the positioning target node using the selected fixed infrastructure combination. PURPOSE: An advertisement providing device for vehicles by using a digital display and a method thereof are provided to variously manufacture advertisement materials and to reduce costs and time for attachable advertisement materials in an aspect of an advertiser. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement providing device (18) for vehicles includes a position information obtaining unit (180), a vehicle state information obtaining unit (181), a communication unit (182), and a control unit (184). The position information obtaining unit obtains position information of a vehicle. The vehicle state information obtaining unit obtains vehicle state information from sensors around the vehicle. The communication unit transmits the position information and the vehicle state information to a content server through a connection network to receive advertisement information from the server. An advertisement output unit transmits the advertisement information to a display device. PURPOSE: A method and a system for preventing duplication assignment and duplication request of uplink resource in a wireless communication system are provided to grasp duplicated request of a terminal which request a resource assignment and prevent duplication assignment of uplink resource, thereby preventing a resource waste. CONSTITUTION: An MS(Mobile Station) request resource allocation to specific time t20(S201). A BS(Base Station) performs resource assignment about additional information(S202). A terminal transmits information corresponding to resource assignment to the BS(S203). The BS assigns resource about uplink data of the terminal(S204). Based on the allocated uplink resources, the terminal transmits the uplink data to the BS.

In order to transmit data between layers in a communication system, and ARQ controller determines a transmission method of a service packet according to QoS of the service packet of an upper layer, determines a retransmission method of the service packet according to the transmission method, generates a fragmentation block by fragmentizing and concatenating the service packet according to a transmission amount of the service packet determined by the transmission method, generates a data packet including the fragmentation block and fragmentation block information, adds radio link control information including the retransmission method to the data packet to generate a radio link control data packet, and transmits the radio link control data packet to a MAC layer.

A hierarchical header format of a communication system and a data transmission method are provided to process high speed data by using the hierarchical header format. A communication system includes a terminal information storage unit(110), a packet controller(115), and a scheduler/control PDU(Protocol Data Unit) collector(117). The terminal information storage unit includes a buffer(111) and an ARQ(Automatic Repeat Request) controller(113). The buffer receives an SDU(Service Data Unit) from an upper layer and temporarily stores the SDU. The ARQ controller performs an RLC(Radio Link Control) including a retransmission function. The packet controller collects various RLC control PDUs from the scheduler/control PDU collector and delivers the RLC control PDUs to the MAC layer and the ARQ controller according to piggybagging and indication bit inserting schemes corresponding to a data transmission mode determined by the ARQ controller. The MAC layer(120) receives the RLC data PDU from the ARQ controller, multiplexes the data PDUs, and generates a TB(Transmission Block) for a wireless channel.
