Abstract: PURPOSE: A screen printing board using etching and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form regular pattern and to improve durability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a screen printing board using etching comprises: a step of forming a first photoresist layer(20) on a substrate(10); a step of forming a first pattern having an etching part and non-etching part on the first photoresist layer; a step of supplying an etching solution on to the surface of the substrate for form a first hole; a step of forming a second photoresist layer(21) on the substrate; a step of forming a second pattern having the etching part and non-etching part on the second photoresist layer; and a step of supplying an etching solution to the substrate.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A copper alloy for coin is provided which has the same electrical properties as cupro-nickel consisted of four elements including copper, zinc, nickel and iron, obtains superior discoloring resistance and substitutes for cupro-nickel that satisfies white color. Abstract: 본 발명은 귀금속 소재외 주화테두리에 톱니(Mill) 모양과 음각문자가 함께 있는 귀금속주화 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 귀금속 주화에의 각인은 소재 자체의 전연성이 큼으로 인해 압인후에 각인하는 방법을 사용하고 있는 바 이는 각인시 문자경계면(가장자리)이 돌출되어 품위가 저하되고 테두리에 톱니모양(Mill)이 형성되어 있는 경우 문자와 톱니 모양이 동시에 손상되며, 압인후의 각인은 푸루프주화의 경우 완성단계에서의 분량을 가져옴으로 생산성 저하 및 원가 상승의요인이되는 결점이 있었던 바, 본 발명은 소전을 제조하는 엣징공어시에 엣징공정후의 축소량을 0.1mm 내지 0.25mm로 제한하고, 귀금속의 전연성에 맞게 각인금형의 문자심도를 0.35mm 내지 0.50mm의 범위률 한정하며 상기 각인 금형으로의 문자각인시 각인 축소량을 0.1mm내지 0.25mm 함으로써 소전의 문자심도가 0.15mm 내지 0.25mm가 되도록 하였으며, 문자가 각인된 소전의 표리면을 압인 할때에는 테두리금형의 톱니모양(Mill)심도를 0.05mm내지 0.1mm로 함으로써 최종압인후 문자심도가 0.1mm 내지 0.2mm인 귀금속 각인 주화를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 것임.
