PURPOSE: A fire detection system for a urban railway is provided to detect efficiently a fire by monitoring the fire in a broad region in which a fire sensor is not installed. CONSTITUTION: One or more video cameras are installed in a fire monitoring region. A fire recognition unit(100) analyzes a fire by using the video cameras. A fire verification unit(200) verifies the fire. The fire data verified the fire verification unit are transmitted to a station office or a central control center(300). The station office or the central control center determines the verified fire information.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A passenger decentralization system for a transfer station and a method thereof are provided to induce distribution of passengers in a crowded region by overcoming a limit of a manual security system. CONSTITUTION: An image acquisition unit(100) is installed at a crowded region such as an entry intersection of a platform or a transfer path and the line so as to acquire images. A passenger congestion analysis unit(200) analyzes the congestion of the passengers by using image information obtained through the image acquisition unit. An information output unit(300) outputs the congestion information analyzed through the passenger congestion analysis unit so as to induct the distribution of the passengers.

A plurality of digital image receiving modules(120) restores the digital image compression signal through the switch module. PURPOSE: A gate passing direction automatic adjustment system and a method thereof are provided to offer convenience by reducing the entry time or the exit time of customers. CONSTITUTION: An entry monitoring camera(10) takes a photograph of the customer entering into a wicket in order to take a train in the city railway. An exit monitoring camera(20) photographs customer exiting from a city railway to a wicket. A video server(30) automatically controls the number of gates based the image photographed with the entry monitoring camera and the exit monitoring camera. A wicket controller(40) sets the passing direction of a plurality of gates to an entry direction and an exit direction according to the adjustment result of the video server.
