Abstract:
PURPOSE: A ventilation opening 0.75 kilometers long minimizing pressure fluctuation for a short tunnel use is provided to decrease pressure fluctuation up to 50% by determining the distance, the number and the diameter of a ventilation opening, also decreasing micro-pressure wave up to 40%. CONSTITUTION: When a train enters a tunnel, a pressure wave generates and the pressure wave gets transmitted into the inside the tunnel, then a micro-pressure wave radiates from an exit. The micro-pressure wave is considered to be a shock wave, therefore causing vibration and damaging neighboring things as well as internal organs of a human being. Consequently as a way of reducing the effect of a micro pressure wave, the idea of installing ventilation openings is applied with a statistical analysis, according to the length, the diameter of a tunnel. Most of all, the number of ventilation openings influences decrease or increase in a micro-pressure wave. According to the test data, a tunnel with 28 square meters and 0.75 kilometers long needs 38 ventilation openings to decrease a micro-pressure wave up to 40%.

PURPOSE: Provided is a hood for decreasing micro-pressure wave of a rail tunnel with 0.25Km grade of length extension to greatly reduce the micro-pressure wave generated during a high entering speed of a train into the tunnel and to decrease noise and vibration at an exit side of the tunnel. CONSTITUTION: The hood comprises inclined banks at an entrance and an exit of a rail tunnel having a length of 0.25km. The bank at the entrance has a slope angle of 45 degrees while the other bank at the exit has a slope angle of 15 degrees. Each of the entrance and the exit is in a slave track pattern and the banks are extended corresponding to perpendicular cross-section of the tunnel at the entrance/exit portions. The hood has a longitudinal end being gradually shorter from lower sides to upper sides of the entrance/exit portions to be inclined.

PURPOSE: A pressure release duct tunnel system of a 0.75-kilometer twin bore tunnel is provided to ease passengers by reducing ear noises, to economize in construction expenses by reducing the cross sectional area of a tunnel and to improve the speed of a train. CONSTITUTION: The pressure release duct tunnel system of a 0.75-kilometer twin bore tunnel contains 19 pressure release ducts installed on side walls of the twin bore tunnel where a single tunnel is installed adjacently. And the pressure release ducts, which are 2.25 meters in diameter, are installed at 20.4-meter intervals.

본 발명은 전기로 산화슬래그를 이용한 콘크리트 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 2차 제품에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 전기로 산화슬래그 굵은 골재 및 잔골재를 단독 또는 혼합으로 사용하고, 포졸란계 혼화제를 포함하는 시멘트 및 물을 포함하여 구성되며, 특정 자극제를 특정의 함량으로 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물 및 2차 가공물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 조성물은 특정 자극제의 효과로서 초기 경화가 촉진되는 동시에 해수 및 오염수 등에 대한 저항성이 향상되어 컬버트나 방파제 블록, 수로관 등에 사용되기 적합하다.

PURPOSE: A tunnel concrete lining construction form structure using a heating form through microwaves and a tunnel concrete lining construction method using the same are provided to significantly shorten an overall construction period by shortening the curing and hydration time of concrete. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel concrete lining construction form structure comprises a form body (35), a heating form (100), and a controller. The heating form is inserted into the partition (36) of the form body and is attached to the panel of the partition. The controller supplies power to the heating form and controls the temperature of the heating form. The heating form is heated by microwaves and comprises a microwaves generator, a waveguide, a housing, and heating system.
