    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing proteins using a signal sequence of chorismate mutase gene from yersinia pestis, and a recombinant expression vector therefor are provided to efficiently transport YPCM to a gap between cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing proteins using a signal sequence of chorismate mutase gene from yersinia pestis comprises the steps of: expressing a recombinant expression vector and transporting the recombinant expression vector to a gap inside cells; and separating the transported protein from the gap inside cells. The recombinant expression vector includes a signal sequence from a gene. The gene is the chorismate mutase gene from yersinia pestis gene which connected gene coding a protein.
