Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of cationic surfactant with good solubility is provided to solve the solubility reduction due to adding two or more alkyl group, and to remarkably improve solubility to water. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cationic surfactant with good solubility in the chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of manufacturing polyoxyalkylenealkyl amine by adding ethylene oxide to bishydroxyalkylamine, which is obtained by reaction of alkylamine and alkyl glycidyl ether; a step of quaternization by adding dimethylsulfate into polyoxyalkylenealkyl amine and then stir-mixing for 4-6 hours at 50-60°C. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is C12-18 alkyl group, R2 is C1-4 alkyl, and m and n are integer.

본 발명은 시멘트혼화제로 사용되는 폴리카르본산계 분산제의 주원료 중 하나인 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리 옥시알킬렌 아크릴 에스테르의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 공지된 공침법을 이용하여 한국특허출원 제 10-2005-0048060호에 기재되어 있는 방법으로 제조된 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 하이드로탈사이트 형태의 혼합금속수산화물을 일정 온도범위에서 열처리하여 얻어진 입자의 형태가 균일하고 크기가 나노스케일로서 크기분포가 좁은 분포도를 갖도록 균일하게 제어된 하이드로탈사이트 형태의 혼합금속산화물을 불균일 촉매로 사용하여 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트와 알킬렌옥사이드를 1 단계로 반응시켜 좁은 알킬렌옥사이드 부가수 분포를 가지는 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리 옥시알킬렌 아크릴 에스테르를 효율적으로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. A mixed metal-oxide catalyst uniformly controlled to obtain narrow particle size distribution as particles with uniform shape and nanosize, a method for preparing the same, a method for preparing a precursor of the mixed metal-oxide catalyst, and a method for efficiently preparing fatty acid ester ethoxylate with narrow alkyleneoxide added mole number distribution using the mixed metal-oxide catalyst are provided. A method for preparing a precursor of a mixed metal-oxide catalyst comprising a template material and mixed metal hydroxides comprises the steps of: (a) dissolving a template material into distilled water; (b) injecting soluble salts and carbonates of M(II) and M(III) into a solution of the step(a) to dissolve the soluble salts and carbonates into the solution and mix the soluble salts and carbonates with the solution; and (c) adding a base into the mixed solution for forming a coprecipitate of the template material and mixed metal hydroxides represented by a formula, [M(II)xM(III)y(OH)2x+3y-2z(A^2-)z nH2O], wherein M(II) represents bivalent metals including Mg, Zn, Ca and Cu, M(III) represents trivalent metals including Al, Cr, Fe and B, A^2- represents organic or inorganic interlayer anions including CO3^2-, n has a value ranging from 0.2 to 4 as the number of water of crystallization, x/y has a value ranging from 1 to 8, and z/(x+y) has a value ranging from 0.167 to 0.05. The present invention relates to a method of synthesizing glycidyl ether compounds without the addition of solvent. In particular, the present invention provides the improved preparation of the glycidyl ethers by using fatty alcohols with epichlorohydrin in the presence of alkali metal hydroxide and phase-transfer catalysts in the appropriate molar ratios of them without water and organic solvents.

PURPOSE: An isosorbide fatty acid ester compound containing succinic acid or maleic acid is provided to show superior biodegradation because the compounds contain ester groups and to have excellent solubility in oil, thereby improving anti-rust performance. CONSTITUTION: An isosorbide fatty acid ester compound contains succinic acid of chemical formula 1 or maleic acid of chemical formula 2. A method for preparing the isosorbide fatty acid ester compounds comprises the step of making isosorbide fatty acid ester of chemical formula 6 react with succinic anhydride of chemical formula 7 or maleic anhydride of chemical formula 8. Oil contains the isosorbide fatty acid ester compounds as an anti-rust agent.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of Gemini-pendant type cationic surfactant is provided to strengthen adhesive strength to fiber by well-forming vesicles due to the pendant type structure, thereby offering Gemini-pendant type cationic surfactant. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of Gemini-pendant type cationic surface active agent comprises: a step of condensation reacting dimethylpropylenediamine and alkyl glycidyl ether; a step of cleaning the reactant by chloroform, and then cleaning the solution by NaOH; a step of removing moisture in the reactant by anhydrous sodium sulfate, and then obtaining N,N-bis(3-alkoxy-2-hydroxypropyl)-N',N'-dimethylpropylenediamine; and a step of quaternization by adding dimethyl sulfate into N,N- bis (3- alkoxy -2- hydroxypropyl) - N ',N' - dimethylpropylene diamine.
