본 발명은 목질계 바이오매스로부터 여러 가지 산업용 발효 균주의 배양에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 발효당을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 방법은 바이오매스의 열수 전처리 후 전처리물을 100℃ 이하로 데운 알칼리 수용액으로 세척함으로써 후속 효소당화에서 초산 생성량을 최소화할 수 있고, 부수적으로 당수율을 증대할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 세척과정 중에 어떠한 당손실도 초래하지 않는다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a highly concentrated fermentable sugar which can be useful for cultivating various industrial fermentation strains from a lignocellulosic biomass. Before a pretreatment, according to the present invention, a biomass can be extracted with hot water to remove extractables such as inorganic salts to minimize the impurity contents of a raw material of the fermentable sugar. The biomass removed of the hot-water-extractables is pretreated at a condition wherein xylan transference is at maximum to suppress the generation of super decomposed sugar products to the fullest. Solid pretreated matters obtained by a solid-liquid separation is enzymatically saccharified without being washed by water, and even with a concentration process using a separation film of the sugar solution obtained by the same, fermentable sugars for culturing various industrial fermentable strains can be manufactured at low costs.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sugar solution using a membrane and, more specifically, to a method for removing a fermentation inhibitory materials and manufacturing a refined sugar solution, which modifies a polyamide nano-filtration membrane for reducing the surface charge, and then, filtering the sugar solution using the modified polyamide nano-filtration membrane.

PURPOSE: Provided are a composition for increasing fungicidal activity and a fungicidal preparation containing the same, thereby controlling phytopathogens effectively and decreasing the quantity of the fungicidal preparation used. CONSTITUTION: The fungicidal preparation is characterized by containing a fungicidal preparation selected from methyl (2E)-3-methoxy-2-(2'-(((3''-(1'''-fluor-2'''-phenyl-1'''-ethenyloxy)phenyl)methylimino)oxy)methylphenyl)propionate represented by the formula(1) and N-methyl (2E)-2-methoxyimino-2-(2'-(((3''-(1'''-fluor-2'''-phenyl-1'''-ethenyloxy)phenyl)methylimino)oxy)methylphenyl)acetamide represented by the formula(2); and the composition for increasing fungicidal activity in a weight ratio of 1:0.5 to 1:20.

PURPOSE: Provided are surfactant compositions to enhance the absorbency of fungicide, dimethomorph, into plant leaf thereby reducing the dosage while increasing protecting/curing effect of the fungicide. A fungicide composition containing them, non ionic surfactant and agriculturally allowed carrier is also described. CONSTITUTION: The compositions are comprised of non ionic surfactant, 0-20wt.% additional emulsifier or assistant dispersants and 0-97wt.% carrier. The surfactants are at least one selected from polyoxyethylene stearyl ether, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, polyoxyethylene oleyl ether and polyoxyethylene lauryl ester where the additional polymerization rate of ethylene oxide is 5-25 moles. The additional emulsifier and assistant dispersant are selected from polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether, polyoxyethylene tristearylphenyl ether, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene tristearyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkylaryl sulfonate, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and sodium dioctylsulfosuccinate. The carriers are water, non water soluble organic solvent, water mixed organic solvent, natural or synthetic minerals and natural or synthetic polymers.

본 발명은 식물의 종자 혹은 생육중인 식물에 엽록체의 생합성을 억제하거나 생합성된 엽록체의 파괴속도를 크게 촉진하여 잎과 줄기의 엽록소 함량을 크게 줄임으로써 백화현상을 나타내게 하는 백화유도물질을 처리하고 육성하는 방법으로 식물의 잎과 줄기를 일부 혹은 전부 백화시킴으로써 관상용 혹은 교육용으로써의 가치가 매우 높은 식물을 생산하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 특히 본 발명은 우리 주변에서 흔히 볼 수 있고, 흔히 재배 유통되고 있는 식물 혹은 종자에 손쉽게 처리하여 매우 짧은 시간 동안 재배하는 방법으로도 자연계에서는 거의 볼 수 없는 백색 혹은 백색과 녹색 및 자색이 적절하게 혼합된 아름다운 식물체를 육성하는 기술 및 이의 이용에 관한 것이다.
