Abstract:
본 발명은 전도성 물질을 이용한 리튬이차전지용 전극 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게 표면 대전 전위가 제어 가능함에 따라 복합화 소재를 이용한 전극 소재로서 사용될 수 있는 나노 금속 산화물을 제조하여 보다 쉽게 물리적 혼성화가 가능하며 이는 표면 전위 상태가 상이한 타 이종 화합물과의 복합화를 통하여 고용량을 가지면서 출력 특성이 우수한 리튬이차전지용 전극 소재를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aluminum oxide-based phosphor for excitation of ultraviolet rays and a light emitting element using the same. More specifically, the technical feature of the phosphor given in the present invention is adding one or more active elements selected from a group of manganese (Mn), terbium (Tb), and europium (Eu) to a CeAl11O18 phosphor or CeAl11O18 phosphor. According to the present invention, the phosphor absorbs light with wavelengths of 300-400 nm, which is in a near ultraviolet ray range with high-excitation efficiency, and emits light in the entire visual ray range of 400-650 nm. The phosphor also has high light emitting brightness and excellent thermal stability capable of maintaining the brightness even under long-time heat radiation conditions compared to a commercialized BAM phosphor or YAG phosphor, thereby being useful as a phosphor for a light emitting element for excitation of ultraviolet rays and, in particular, as a phosphor for a white light emitting diode for excitation of ultraviolet rays.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fluorescent body capable of being used for an LED lighting, more specifically an oxy-fluoride based fluorescent body with improved light emitting efficiency in a 390-470 nm light source for optical pumping by substituting terbium (Tb), lanthanum (La), and gadolinium (Gd) of the fluorescent body. The oxy-fluoride based fluorescent body of the present invention can be applied to light emitting devices including a light emitting diode, a laser diode, a surface emitting laser diode, an inorganic electroluminescence element, and an organic electroluminescence element.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a transparent red-emitting phosphor is provided to effectively conduct a spin-coating process, to form a layer with high transmittancy in a visible ray region, and to manufacture a phosphor film with excellent uniformity and transmittancy. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a transparent red-emitting phosphor comprises a step of manufacturing a phosphor suspension by mixing a YVO4:Eu^ (3+) red phosphor powder and 10-30 wt% of a binder material into a solvent and mixing the same; a step of forming a film by spin-coating a substrate with the phosphor suspension; and a step of drying the film at 100-300 °C for 100-250 seconds. The size of the red phosphor powder is 400 nm or less. The use amounts of the red phosphor powder and the solvent are respectively 1-10 wt% and 60-90 wt%.
