    Abstract: PURPOSE: A piercing pressing apparatus of cam type is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of products and to reduce size of the apparatus by having an actuating cylinder for actuating a piercing punch built in an upper pad and enabling a desired portion of a material panel to be pierced. CONSTITUTION: A piercing press apparatus is provided for forming a piercing hole in a material panel. The piercing press apparatus comprises an upper die(1), an upper pad(5) and a lower die(7).
