Abstract: 본 발명은 차량 엔진의 회전수가 저속인 경우에는 오일 펌프의 회전량이 증속되도록 하고 고속인 경우에는 오일 펌프의 회전량이 감속되도록 하여 엔진의 회전수가 급속히 증가하여도 오일 펌프의 동작량이 증가되는 것을 방지하여 오일 펌프에 의한 오일의 토출량이 과도하게 나타나지 않도록 하는 무단 변속을 이용한 차량용 오일 펌프에 관한 것으로서, 엔진의 회전력을 벨트에 의해 인가받아 동작하는 오일 펌프에 있어서, 오일 펌프의 회전축(1)에 설치되고 엔진 회전수의 증감에 의해 구동축을 따라 이동하는 제 1 가변 풀리(10), 엔진 구동축 상에 설치되고 엔진 회전수의 증감에 의해 구동축을 따라 이동하는 제 2 가변 풀리(20), 엔진 회전수의 증감시 상기 제 1 가변 풀리(10)가 이동하도록 하는 볼 그루브(30), 상기 제 2 가변 풀리(20)에 연결되어 엔진 회전수의 증감시 상기 제 2 가변 풀리(20)가 이동되도록 하는 스프링(40)으로 구성된다.

Abstract: An oil pump of a vehicle using a continuously variable transmission is provided to prevent an excessive spray of the oil by preventing the oil pump from being dramatically increased, even when the number of rotation of an engine rapidly increases. An oil pump of a vehicle is driven by a rotational force of an engine, which is delivered on a belt. A first variable pulley(10) is implemented on a rotation shaft of the oil pump. The first variable pulley is moved along a driving shaft according to an increase/decrease of the number of engine rotation. A second variable pulley is implemented on the driving shaft and moved along the driving shaft according to an increase/decrease of the number of engine rotation. A ball groove(30) moves the first variable pulley when the number of engine rotation increases or decreases. A spring is connected to the second variable pulley and moves the second variable pulley, when the number of engine rotation increases or decreases.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil pump of a transmission having a split crescent is provided to minimize flux leaking through a tip clearance in operating the oil pump by vertically dividing the crescent and adhering each member closely to a drive gear and a driven gear through discharge flux. CONSTITUTION: An oil pump of a transmission comprises a drive gear(10) combined to a drive hub, combined to a torque converter, by a slip joint method; a driven gear(12) eccentrically and externally abutting with the drive gear; and a crescent(16) integrally formed to a housing, to project to the space between the drive gear and the driven gear. The crescent comprises a first movable member(16a) pivotally installed to the inlet side of the rotational direction of the drive gear through a pivot point(P), and a second movable member(16b) movably installed to the upper part of the first movable member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A torque converter of an automatic transmission for a vehicle is provided to prevent interference between a pump impeller and a turbine runner by mounting a guide vane in a stator without increase of length of the stator, and to improve torque conversion by increasing difference between rotational force of the turbine runner and the rotational force of the pump impeller with changing the outlet angle of the stator. CONSTITUTION: A pump impeller is driven by a crankshaft of an engine, and a turbine runner is installed in an input shaft of an automatic transmission. A guide vane(4) is mounted in the side of an airfoil stator(3) within the range of total length, and combined by a hinge pin(P). Oil is streamed from the turbine runner through the stator to the pump impeller by centrifugal force in rotating the engine. The guide vane changes the outlet angle of the stator according to pressure of oil, and improves torque conversion by increasing the difference between outlet rotation of the turbine runner and input rotation of the pump impeller.
