The patent attorney office interface(120) is connected to the patent managing system(100) through the Internet using the PSTN, a LAN(Local Area Network), etc. by wireless or wire. A data conversion unit(140) is mounted in each interface for transmitting/receiving data to the patent managing system(100), respectively. If the inventor and the patent staff input a technical field, the patent managing system(100) designates an attorney corresponded to the technical field and makes the inventor and the patent staff exam a specification prepared by the attorney for a patent application.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A deciding device for boarding of passengers is provided to exactly calculate number of boarding passengers by a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor detecting boarding of the passenger on a seat. CONSTITUTION: If a passenger sits on a seat, a pressure sensor is turned on by weight of the passenger, and a temperature sensor is turned on by body heat of the passenger. If an article is placed on a seat, the pressure sensor is operated, and the temperature sensor is turned off. A control unit decides the boarding of the passenger while the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor are turned on at the same time, and applies a control signal to an additional display unit. Thereby, a driver decides whether a seat of a bus is empty or not according to the display unit. Moreover, by counting the signal as the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor are turned on at the same time among entire seats, the number of the boarding passenger is are detected. The number of the boarding passenger is displayed in the display unit.
