Abstract: 본 발명은 차량용 윈드 실드 와이퍼의 채터링 방지장치에 관한 것이며, 상세하게는 차량용 윈드 실드 와이퍼의 암에 설치하는 채터링 방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 상하 좌우의 지지를 양호하게 하여 소음의 발생이 없도록 한 것이다.

15, 15'는 제 1 하우징 및 제 2 하우징으로서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 하우징(15)(15')은 각 외측에 지지돌기(16)(16')를 형성하여 상기 제 1 암 본체(14)와 제 2 암 본체(14')에 삽입고정하고, 각 대향면에는 결합수단인 돌기(17)와 홈(17')을 형성하여 상호 회전할 수 있게 결합하며, 또한 상기 제 1 및 제 2 하우징(15)(15')의 각 내면에는 후술하는 판상 토오숀 스프링(19)의 양단을 지지 고정하는 지지돌기(18)(18')를 형성한 것이다.
19는 판상 토오숀 스프링으로서, 상기 판상 토오숀 스프링(19)은 판을 지그재그 형상으로 형성하여 절곡부(20)(20')를 형성함과 동시에 그 양단에 고정편(21)(21')을 일체로 형성하여 고정편(21)(21')을 상기 제 1 및 제 2 하우징(15)(15')의 내면에 형성한 지지돌기(18)(18')에 절곡부(20)(20')를 상하 방향으로 위치되게 삽입 고정한 것이다.-

Abstract: An air duct structure using roof member is provided to reinforce strength of a roof while securing a space of the roof by removing an air duct, thereby preventing inconvenience of passengers due to descent of an indoor head room. A vehicle has a head lining and a roof panel combined with the rear thereof and has a rear air conditioner installed at the rear. A square-shaped roof rail(20) with a right side open is fixed at the roof panel by welding to reinforce strength thereof and to guide cool air of the rear air conditioner to the rear of a room through an air vent, wherein the roof rail is formed of first to third partitions(21,22,23). A plurality of cool air discharge ports(24) are formed at the first partition to guide a flow of cool air generated from the rear air conditioner to the air vent.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dual open console is provided to simplify the structure of the console and to enhance appearance by integrally forming a locking portion and a hinge portion. CONSTITUTION: A console tray has a receiving space formed therein. A stopper vertically extends from the top surface of one side of the console tray. Hinge holes are formed at both front and rear side surfaces of the console tray. An armrest(200) is placed above the console tray. The armrest(200) is formed with a guide stopper(210) at the bottom surface of one side thereof. The guide stopper(210) is resiliently supported counterclockwise by a torsion spring and selectively pressed by the console stopper to thereby be rotated clockwise. Holders(300) are fixedly formed at the front and rear, relative to the stopper(210), of the bottom surface of the armrest(200). Guide rails(310) are formed back and forth on each of the holders(300). A guider(400) is back and forth slidingly installed along the guide rails(310). Opposite ends of the guider(400) are formed with left and right elongate holes(410) which gradually narrow from inside to outside. The center of the guider(400) is formed with stopper projection(430) which is selectively caught by the guide stopper(210). Hinge shafts(500) are separably provided on both sides of the holders(300). The respective end of the hinge shaft(500) is selectively inserted into hinge holes(130). The other ends of the hinge shaft(500) are engaged in the elongate grooves(410) of the guider(400). The hinge shafts(500) are selectively locked or unlocked as the guider(400) is slid. A resilient supporting member(600) is provided in the intermediate portion of one side of the armrest(200). The resilient supporting member(600) supports the guider(400) such that the guider(400) is not biased to one side.

그러므로 본 고안에 따라 마크가 부착된 플레이트는 주유구와 결합시 프레이트가 정위치에 오지 않더라도 나사부의 풀림 및 잠금의 절차없이 조절부재를 회전시켜 정위치에 오도록 할 수 있는바, 따라서 오일의 누유 및 증발가스의 배출방지도 동시에 수행 시킬 수 있도록 하는 유용한 고안인 것이다.
