Abstract: PURPOSE: A PCV valve is provided to reduce manufacturing procedures and costs by simplifying an engine layout, while achieving improved engine performance by preventing accumulation of carbon in the intake system. CONSTITUTION: A PCV valve(30) comprises a mounting hole formed at the upper portion of a crown part of a piston in such a manner that a combustion chamber and a crank case are communicated to each other; a valve case(31) accommodating a spring mounting portion(32) and upper and lower valve seats(33,34), and which is fixed in the mounting hole; and a valve having a T-shaped upper portion mounted on the upper valve seat of the valve case, and a lower portion elastically supported by a spring(37) mounted on the spring mounting portion. The valve case is screw-coupled to the mounting hole of the piston.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A filler tube assembly for a vehicle is provided to prevent shake caused by vibration produced during combustion of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A filler tube assembly for a vehicle includes a guide guiding an oil lever gauge to an oil pan; an auxiliary tube(24) supporting a hose(22) of the guide from the outside; and a damper unit disposed between the auxiliary tube and the hose, to produce resistance to fluid(O) flowing according to a change of the sectional area between the hose and the auxiliary tube. In the guide, steel pipes divided around a bent-up portion of a transmission case are disposed, and the hose disposed between the steel pipes is bent correspondingly to the bent-up portion. The damper unit divides the space between the hose and an elastic tube in the circumferential direction, and the damper unit comprises a diaphragm(32) with an orifice hole(31) for flow of fluid. Fluid produces flow resistance while passing through the orifice hole and thus, the external vibration given to a filler tube is absorbed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A duct for an air conditioner is provided to extend life thereof and to absorb vibration. CONSTITUTION: A duct includes a unit duct(1); and an expansion member(2). The expansion member has an inner bellows tube(3) and an outer bellows tube(3') both of whose ends are coupled to form a cavity therein. The cavity is charged with viscous fluid(6) such as oil. Partitions(4',4''') are formed with material with excellent elasticity such as rubber, and connected with the inner bellows tube and the outer bellows tube to form four of independent cavities. Metal or hard plastic orifices(5',5''') are installed to the partitions. A clamp(7) connects the expansion member to the unit duct. The expansion member expands and contracts due to temperature of air when air is delivered through the unit duct and the expansion member to prevent deformation of the unit duct. Vibration of the inner bellows tube due to turbulence of air is absorbed by the viscous fluid charged between the inner bellows tube and the outer bellows tube as the viscous fluid receives the vibration.
