The photocatalyst is coated on the optical fibers. The detergent injection nozzle sprays the detergent to the optical fibers to remove a particulate material that is absorbed on the optical fibers. The light source is installed in a rotatable structure, and the optical fibers rotate with the light source as its rotation axis.
