    Abstract: PURPOSE: An injection amount measurement apparatus for diesel engine is provided, in which a plurality of injectors are installed, to thereby shorten testing time and improve workability and flow ability of fuel. CONSTITUTION: An injection amount measurement apparatus comprises a jig box(10) constituted by an insertion section(11) having insertion holes open upward and a discharge hole(11b) communicated to the insertion hole and connected to a flow meter through a support tube(2); a guide(30) for supporting an injector(I) accommodated in the insertion section of the jig box and discharging the injected fuel; and a clamping unit(20) inserted into a support section(12) which is constituted by support holes arranged along the circumference of each insertion hole of the insertion section of the jig box, so as to fix the injector accommodated in the insertion section. The clamping unit includes a bar-shaped pin(21) inserted into the support holes of the support section.

CONSTITUTION: A jig unit(10) controls the movement of a nozzle. A control unit(20) controls the jig unit, supplies oil pressure, and outputs a specific control signal. An oil pressure supply unit(30) generates oil pressure in a specific pressure and supplies the oil pressure. A oil pressure stabilizing unit(40) stabilizes the fuel pressures supplied from the oil pressure supply unit in a specific reference pressure and supplies the oil pressure to the jig unit. A flow rate measuring unit(50) measures the movement time between sensors and outputs the measured value to the control unit. A display unit(70) displays an oil pressure measurement signal outputted from the control unit. An input unit outputs the set-up data of a user to the control unit.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A measuring device for a pre-lift of a nozzle is provided to conveniently measure the pre-lift of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a nozzle pre-lift is formed by a nozzle device(10) formed by two-step spring nozzle; a fuel pressing device(20) connected to the nozzle device for pressing fuel in the nozzle device; a gage(30) at an upper portion of the nozzle device for displaying elevated length of a needle valve(11) in the nozzle device; and a leakage preventive jig(40) at a lower portion of the nozzle device for preventing leakage of fuel. Fuel in the nozzle device is transferred to the needle valve through an injection pipe(22). In case of a first spring(12) over a set force, the needle valve is increased. A first push rod(13) of the nozzle device is elevated to eliminate a pre-lift gap. Herein, the gage is elevated to a full lift. Therefore, a pre-lift is obtained by subtracting a read value of the gage from the full lift.
