    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain cost reduction effect through reduction of processing process and parts and obtain a superior quality assembly structure with improved durability as a high stiffness structure by integrally forming a nut part capable of clamping a bolt on an aluminum sheet through pressing and punching. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a step of integrally projectingly forming a circular bending part (11) on an aluminum sheet (10) by press forming; a step of perforating a hole on the lower surface of the circular bending part through punching (15); and a step of forming a screw thread (12) on the inner surface of the circular bending part through tapping (16), wherein the circular bending part is formed by a gap between a jig mold (14) arranged under the aluminum sheet and a press (13) during press forming, and wherein the aluminum sheet is formed in such a way that it is two or more times thicker than depth of the screw thread formed on the inner surface of the circular bending part to maintain bolt assembling strength. The aluminum sheet comprises a nut part which is integrally formed, and on the inner surface of which a screw thread is formed so that the screw thread is clamped with a clamping object.
