Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for evaluating a recycling property of a vehicle is provided to analyze and reflect the recycling property in a design step for the vehicle to a redesign step, accordingly to correspond to recycling regulations, and to suggest a guideline for estimating and reducing cost for scrapping vehicles through dismantling time. CONSTITUTION: A method for evaluating a recycling property of a vehicle is composed of steps of collecting and registering dismantlement evaluating data for each vehicle to a data base; inputting kinds and specifications of vehicles and a vehicle dismantling data for evaluating dismantlement(S100,S200); reading out the evaluating data from the data base to the input information and computing and analyzing the recycling property of the vehicle(S300); deciding if the computed and analyzed component is an assembly(S400); computing and storing the recycling property from an evaluated result list to a result data base if the component is a part(S600,S700); and reading out the evaluating data to dismantling information about parts for comprising the assembly if the component is the assembly and computing and analyzing the recycling property, and computing and storing the recycling property from the evaluated result list to the result data base if the component is the part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A compressive rotary type pulverizing apparatus is provided to improve the recycling efficiency of expensive vehicular motor parts made of metallic material or plastic containing metal components by pulverizing and sorting them. CONSTITUTION: The compressive rotary type pulverizing apparatus consists of a main device(10), a conveyor(20) for separating ferrous metal material with non-ferrous metal material, and a control panel(30). The main device comprises a compressive hydraulic cylinder(11) having a cylinder plate(14) at the lower end; a rotating plate for transferring an object part to be pulverized to the conveyor; a circular guide(12) for preventing the scattering of the object part; a forward and backward cylinder(13) installed on the outer surface of the circular guide so as to transfer the object part to the conveyor; and a motor(15) for rotating the rotating plate.
