CONSTITUTION: A device for displaying a driving trace on a route comprises a navigation interlocking unit(10), a forward view recognition unit(20), an eye location detection unit(30), a control unit(40), and a windshield display unit(50). Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for measuring the braking force of a drum-type brake is provided to reduce the manpower and time for test and to promote development of a braking device by moving a back plate jig by the movement of a dynamo bed and simply separating and combining the back plate and a brake drum. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the braking force of a drum-type brake comprises a drum jig(20) connected to a dynamo(10) and rotated and a back plate jig(30) fixed to a bed. The drum jig fixes a brake drum(40). The back plate jig fixes a back plate(50). A driving spindle(21) is formed to the drum jig by inserting and projecting the brake drum into the middle part of driving spindle. Conical bearings(22), the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the driving spindle, are fixed to the end of the driving spindle. Insertion grooves(31) of a taper shape to insert and press the conical bearing are formed to a surface of the back plate jig opposite the drum jig. The brake drum and the back plate are fastened and separated by the movement of the bed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A tension adjusting method of a belt in an engine assembly line is provided to reduce noise, and to prevent damage of the belt by keeping tension to be equal to the predetermined value in reassembling after disassembling in an auxiliary assembly line with using a jig. CONSTITUTION: A jig is placed in the front of a brace in a main assembly line, and a belt is assembled with a generator pulley. A generator is moved along a transfer groove of the brace, and fixed by pulling to the rear end of the jig(S1). Tension of the belt is adjusted with turning an adjusting screw installed in the brace(S2). Turning direction and adjusting position of the adjusting screw are indicated in the surface of the brace and a head part of the adjusting screw(S3). The belt is separated from the generator pulley to install an air conditioner belt and a power steering belt in an auxiliary assembly line(S4). The jig is placed in the upper part of the brace, and the belt is reassembled(S5). Tension of the belt is adjusted with turning the adjusting screw based on the direction and the position indicated in the brace surface and the head part of the adjusting screw(S6). Noise and damage of the belt are prevented with keeping tension of the belt properly.
