Abstract: PURPOSE: A glass installation device inserts solid adhesive between a windshield glass and a car body flange and melts the adhesive by laser beam to easily install the windshield glass. CONSTITUTION: An installation device comprises a laser generator(11), a laser optic(15), a robot(19) and a position compensating sensor(21). The laser optic(15) is connected with the laser generator(11) by an optical cable and radiate laser beam on the edge of a windshield glass(1) to melt a solid adhesive(7). The robot(19) is connected with the laser optic(15) by a bracket(17) and moves around the edge of the windshield glass(1). The position compensating sensor(21) is installed on one side of the bracket(17) and detects the gap between a ceramic coating part to compensate the position of the robot(19).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device of controlling the output of a heating laser and a control method thereof are provided to adjust the output level of the laser by measuring the temperature inside the cylinder bore in real-time. CONSTITUTION: In the device of controlling the output of a heating laser, a laser output unit(5) projects a laser beam onto the inside of a cylinder bore. A laser oscillating unit(7) adjusts the output mode of the laser beam. A rotation driving unit(11) makes the laser rotate while projecting the laser beam. A temperature detecting unit(23) detects the temperature of the inside of the cylinder bore in real-time. A temperature sensor controller(25) produces a temperature-proportionate analog signal after receiving a signal from the temperature detecting unit(23). A main controller(29) controls the laser oscillating unit(7) after receiving a signal from the temperature sensor controller(25).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for heat-treating of an engine cylinder bore by using laser is provided to remove a progress of applying absorption agent and a cleaning progress, thereby reducing economical loss according to the unnecessary progress line. CONSTITUTION: A method for heat-treating of an engine cylinder bore by using laser includes the steps of cutting the inner surface of a cylinder bore standing to a piston oversize(S1), setting up the position by transferring a cylinder block(S2), inserting an optic head of a laser output apparatus into first and third bores and irradiating laser beams to the inner surface of the cylinder bore for dividing into six rows to perform heat-treatment(S3), judging the state of completing heat-treatment of the first and third bores(S4), inserting the optic head of the laser output apparatus into second and fourth bores and irradiating laser beams to the inner surface of the cylinder bore for dividing into six rows to perform heat-treatment(S5), judging the state of completing heat-treatment of the second and fourth bores(S6), releasing decision for position of the cylinder block and moving the cylinder block to the next progress if the heat-treatment of the second and fourth bores is completed(S7), hardening the material of the cylinder block by tempering(S8), cooling the cylinder block(S9), honing the inner surface of the cylinder bore through a honing machine(S10), drawing a decision that the cylinder bore stands the test if the hardness, width, depth of the cylinder bore stands to standard value, otherwise, drawing a decision that the cylinder bore is inferior(S11).
