Ground surfaces are formed in the inner periphery of the housing, and the release rod is combined with the locker of the door. The contact piece is formed in the outer periphery of the knob, and connected to the ground surfaces selectively. The door is locked and unlocked automatically and manually with turning the knob or interlocking the knob. Theft is prevented with restricting unlocking of the door out of the vehicle.
