Abstract: PURPOSE: A raw material mixing and supplying device for forming resin is provided to extend the life span of the cylinder, and to cut down manufacturing cost of the product by preventing wear and damage of the cylinder against injection force of the raw material. CONSTITUTION: A resin forming raw material mixing and supplying device is composed of a raw material supply cylinder(22) injecting different raw materials with raw material injection holes(23,24), and a raw material supply piston(26) operated in the raw material supply cylinder to open and close the raw material injection holes. The raw material injection holes are opened by moving the raw material supply piston backward from the raw material supply cylinder, and raw materials are mixed in the raw material supply cylinder. Mixed raw materials are supplied to a cavity(14) of a mold(13), and a reinforcing liner(30) is formed in the inner periphery of the raw material supply cylinder. The hardness of the reinforcing liner is more than the hardness of the raw material supply cylinder.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A laminate for a vehicle, method and device for manufacturing the same is provided to easily manufacture the laminate and reduce manufacturing cost by integrally attaching a cover and an outer skin to both surfaces of a foamed resin layer when the foamed resin layer is formed. CONSTITUTION: A laminate for a vehicle is composed of a cover(12), a foamed resin layer(14) laminated on the cover, and an outer skin(16) laminated on the foamed resin layer, and is attached to a vehicle body. A device for manufacturing the laminate includes upper and lower molds(30,20), a cavity(22) formed between the upper and lower molds, a resin supply unit(40) for injecting foaming resin into the cavity, a plurality of air vents(32) formed at the upper mold and communicated with the cavity, and a vacuum pump(50) connected to the air vents. The cover or outer skin is disposed at the bottom of the cavity when the laminate is manufactured. The cover or outer skin is absorbed into the top of the cavity when the vacuum pump is operated. And, the foaming resin is foamed between the cover and the outer skin by the operation of the resin supply unit.
