    Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig fixture is provided to reasonably operate processes by furnishing a casting block from an upper part through a gantry loader. CONSTITUTION: A jig fixture comprises a mainframe(3), a center guider(10), a reference surface plate unit, a side pad unit, a lower lifting pad unit, an upper and lower clamping units, a sub clamping unit and a reference surface pad unit. The center guider is installed at the center of the placing unit(5) of the mainframe and supports the lower center of a casting block. The reference surface plate unit supports the upper and lower parts of the rear of the casting block as a reference surface by the driving of a cylinder. The side pad unit supports one side of the casting block by the cylinder driving. The lower lifting pad unit lifts the casting block by the cylinder driving. The upper and lower clamping units restrict both sides of the upper part and both sides of the lower part of the casting block, respectively. Based on pneumatic pressure, the reference surface pad unit determines the contact level with the casting block.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An edge locator for adjustment of position is provided to shorten aligning and adjusting task by performing simple adjustment using a position adjusting bolt. CONSTITUTION: An edge locator for adjustment of position comprises a saddle unit(12), a multi-axis head(11), a position adjusting bolt(15), and a fixed block(13). The saddle unit is set up in a feed unit. The saddle unit moves up and down, left and right. The multi-axis head is set up in the side of the saddle unit. The position adjusting bolt is installed in the top and bottom, left and right of the multi-axis head. The position adjusting bolt adjusts the position of the multi-shaft head up and down, left and right on the saddle unit. The fixed block has a tap inside to support the position adjusting bolt to rotate it. The fixed block is held in pace in the saddle unit with a fastening bolt(16).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A sealing of rubber material is formed in outer circumference of a fuel pipe for closing with an inner circumference of a nut which connects a fuel pump with a fuel distributor and a fuel distributor with an injector. CONSTITUTION: An expansion portion is formed at both end of metal pipe for conveying fuel. The expansion portion is received in a connector to connect a fuel pump, a fuel distributor, and an injector. A sealing(14) of a rubber material is formed between seat portion(22) of the connector and a slanting surface(12) in outer circumference of the expansion portion. When connecting the connector to the fuel pump, fuel distributor, and injector, even though the center of the fuel pipe is put out of the center of the connector, the sealing of the rubber material absorbs the difference. Therefore, leakage of oil is prevented.
