    Abstract: An air flow sensor for a vehicle is provided to measure air flow rate regardless of location of a sensor and reduce damage and measurement error due to inflow of moisture without affecting the flow of intake air. An air flow sensor(100) for a vehicle comprises a cylindrical air channel(10) through which suction air passes; a pipeline member(30) arranged along circumference outside the air channel; and a sensor outputting electric signal with respect to intake air amount with an electronic control unit.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An intake silencer for a fuel cell vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to lower the sound pressure level of the total noise and to generate the difference of impedance because the flow section area from an extension pipe to a second connecting pipe is changed at the portion which the flow section area is drastically extended at the portion into a housing. CONSTITUTION: An intake silencer for a fuel cell vehicle is composed of a housing(1), a first connecting pipe(3), a perforated pipe(5), baffle(7), an extended pipe(9), and a second connecting pipe(11). The outside cross-sectional shape of the housing is regularly formed according to the flow direction of the air. The first connecting pipe connects one end of the housing to the intake pipe as the cross section smaller than the outside cross section. The perforated pipe is extended to the inside of the housing at the cross-sectional shape same as the first connecting pipe. The baffle air-tights a space formed between the outside of a perforated pipe wall and the inside of a housing wall in the end of the perforated pipe. The extended pipe is extended from the baffle to the inside of the housing and a free end is formed in the housing. The second connecting pipe is projected to the inside and outside of the housing after passing through the other end of the housing. The second connecting pipe is connected to the intake pipe at the air cleaner side.

    Abstract: A noise reduction structure of an air cleaner is provided to improve noise reduction property by inserting the air intake pipe into the air cleaner body while maintaining the sectional area of the air intake pipe so that negative pressure loss is increased. A noise reduction structure of an air cleaner comprises an air cleaner body(10), a cylindrical air intake pipe(15) which is inserted into one side of the air cleaner body, and a resonator(20) separately formed from the air cleaner body and installed on the lower part of the air cleaner body. The air intake pipe is integrally formed on one side of the air cleaner body, including an opening on the lower side. The resonator and the air cleaner body are combined with thermal bonding.
