Abstract:
PURPOSE: A spring support device in a suspension for a vehicle is provided to prevent a spring from being damaged by blocking inflow of foreign substances between the spring and a pad. CONSTITUTION: A spring support device in a suspension for a vehicle comprises a lower seat(10), a pad(20), and a plate spring(30). The lower seat is installed at an upper part of a strut(50) and comprises a spring mounting groove(11) on one side in order to mount the lower part of a spring(40). The pad is formed in a shape that the pad covers the spring mounting groove and is attached to the lower part of the spring. The plate spring is inserted into a space formed between the lower seat and a part in which the spring rises and attaches the pad to the lower part of the spring at all times.

PURPOSE: An adhesive balance weight is provided to increase the thickness of a connection part connecting adjacent weights, be able to obtain flexibility at the same time, and be able to prevent a stress concentration. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive balance weight includes a multiple weights(100) and a connection part(200). Multiple weights are formed consecutively in the length direction. The connection part connects multiple weights, and is equipped with a lower cutout groove(210) and a pair of a upper cutout groove(220) on the upper and lower surfaces in order to increase flexibility and disperse a concentrated stress. The lower cutout groove is formed in a triangle shape toward upper direction. The upper cutout groove is formed in a triangle shape toward lower direction and is formed respectively in the left and right of the lower cutout groove.

본 발명은, 허브에 설치된 휠볼트에 휠과 휠커버를 휠너트로 체결시키는 차량용 휠커버의 체결 구조에 있어서, 상기 휠과 휠커버는 휠볼트가 휠의 볼트홀과 휠커버의 고정홀을 일측에서 순차적으로 관통하도록 장착되고, 상기 휠너트는 하단이 원뿔형을 이루도록 제1경사면이 형성되며 외주면에 직경이 확장된 플랜지가 형성되어, 고정홀을 관통하여 볼트홀의 테두리를 제1경사면이 가압하고 플랜지가 고정홀의 테두리를 가압하도록 휠볼트에 나사결합되되, 상기 휠너트에는 휠커버로의 열전도를 방지하는 보호링이 결합된 것을 특징으로 한다. 그리고, 상기와 같은 구성의 휠커버의 체결 구조는 휠너트가 보호링을 구비하므로 휠커버로의 열전도를 방지하는 효과가 있고, 허브 및 휠에서 발생되는 복사열을 외부로 배출하도록 상기 보호링에는 유도홈이 형성되어 휠커버로의 열전달을 더욱 효율적으로 억제할 수 있다.

본 발명은 요동중심볼을 구비한 피봇볼트가 로워암에 대하여 나사운동하여 고정될 수 있는 구조를 제공하여, 상기 요동중심볼에 결합되는 스터드볼트의 요동중심점을 로워암에 대하여 가변시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 차량의 캐스터를 용이하고 정밀하게 조정할 수 있도록 함으로써, 차량의 정비성 향상 및 주행안정성을 확보할 수 있도록 한다.

A fuel cell having a multilayered separator is provided to prevent the flooding of main channels and to improve the uniformity of the transfer pressure of main channels and the uniformity of humidity distribution of a separator. A fuel cell comprises a plurality of unit cells, and separators(100) which are inserted between the unit cells to separate the each unit cell, wherein the separators comprises a pair of separators(110) for main channels where a plurality of main channels(112) of linear shape penetrate and which have a discharge hole(114) for discharging the liquefied water at the both sides of the main channels; and a separator(120) for an auxiliary channel which is inserted between the pair of separators for main channels so as to be closely adhered to the separators for main channels, and is provided with microchannels(122) having the width narrower than the main channels and transferring the liquefied water at the both surfaces.

A separator of a fuel cell is provided to secure a space that enables reaction fluid to flow without clogging channels in various operation conditions, promote the diffusion of the fluid into a catalytic layer, and discharge excessive water generated from a cathode effectively. A separator(10) of a fuel cell which supports a membrane-electrode assembly has fluid inlets(26) at one end, fluid outlets(27) at the other end, and main channels(20) as extended grooves, which are formed on the surface of the separator. At least one inner channel(30) is formed along the main channel. The inner channel has a width narrower than that of the main channel and gets in contact with the main channel with the surface open.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for automatically correcting a position of a microphone of a handsfree are provided to solve a problem that speech quality is degraded because much noise is generated while a voice of a user reaches a microphone, and also, because the user must adjust the microphone suitably according to a direction of the user, user's driving is interfered. CONSTITUTION: Each level of a voice signal inputted from the first and second fixed microphones is sensed(S11). The sensed voice signal levels are stored(S12). The levels of voice signals inputted to the first and second microphones are compared(S13). If the level of the voice signal inputted to the first fixed microphone is identical to the level of the voice signal inputted to the second fixed microphone, a moving microphone installed between the first and second microphones is stopped from moving(S14). If the level of the voice signal inputted to the first fixed microphone is higher than the level of the voice signal inputted to the second fixed microphone, the moving microphone is moved toward the first fixed microphone(S15). If the level of the voice signal inputted to the second fixed microphone is higher than the level of the voice signal inputted to the first fixed microphone, the moving microphone is moved toward the second fixed microphone(S16).
