The invention relates to a pole part for high pressure environment application, with a pressure resistant insulating housing in which a vacuum interrupter is installed, wherein the vacuum interrupter is provided with at least one moving contact and one fixed contact inside the vacuum interrupter, according to the preamble of claim 1. In order to create a pole part with high environmental pressure withstand, the invention is that the pressure resistant insulating body is tubelike and at its ends provided with flanges formed at the insulating housing out of the same material, and that at least one of the flanges is closed with a metal cap, which is adapted to the aforesaid flange of the insulating housing by the same dimensions, and that with clamping means the metal cap is pressed tightly on the flange of the insulating housing by the introduced clamping fixation force.

The invention relates to an embedded pole part with a vacuum interrupter molded in a resin of insulating material, wherein the vacuum interrupter is provided with at least one moving contact and one fixed contact inside the vacuum interrupter, and with externally to the resin ending contact rods, going through the resin, for contacting the vacuum interrupter from outside the resin, according to the preamble of claim 1. In order to develop embedded pole parts for the use under high pressure conditions for application at outer side Subsea, the invention is, that the area of the insulating resin (2) around at least one of the contact rods (3, 9) is dome-shaped or dome-sphered, and covered additionally by a complementary dome-sphered metallic shield (5, 10), through which the contact rod (3, 9) is guided though by an opening.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bauteilen, sowie Bauteil selbst, gemäß Oberbegriff der Patentansprüche 1 und 6. Um hierbei zu erreichen, dass unter minimalem Materialeinsatz von Edelmetallen eine einfachere Herstellung der partiellen Oberflächenbehandlung möglich ist, die ebenso eine optimale Stromtragfähigkeit aufweist, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass die Bauteile insgesamt zunächst mit einer elektrischen/elektrisch isolierenden Passivierungschicht versehen werden bzw. chemisch nach dem Sol-Gel Verfahren oder mit einer Kunststoffbeschichtung beschichtet werden, und dass anschließend diese Passivierung an den Kontaktstellen chemisch oder mechanisch entfernt wird, und das gesamte Bauteil anschließend in ein elektrolytisches Bad gegeben wird, in welchem auf diese Weise das Edelmetall nur auf den Partien des Bauteiles abscheidet, an welchem die Passivierung entfernt wurde.
