Abstract: In some implementations, a computing device can transfer a playback queue between the computing device and a playback device. For example, the computing device can detect when the computing device is within a threshold distance of a playback device. The computing device can establish a connection to the playback device and receive state information describing the media playback state of the playback device. The computing device can determine the media playback state of the computing device. The computing device can present graphical user interfaces for initiating a transfer of a playback queue between the computing device and the playback device based on the playback state of the devices. The computing device can initiate a transfer of the playback queue in response to user input to one of the graphical user interfaces or automatically based on the context of the computing device.

Abstract: 1002558353_1.docx In some embodiments, an electronic device presents indications of usage metrics for the device. In some embodiments, an electronic device sets, configures and/or enforces device usage limits. In some embodiments, an electronic device limits access to certain applications during certain periods of time. In some embodiments, an electronic device suppresses auxiliary functions of certain applications when an application usage limit or restriction criteria associated with those applications is reached. In some embodiments, an electronic device manages restriction settings with permission optionally provided by another electronic device. 1 of 282 Memory 102 Portable Multifunction Device 100 Operating System 126 Applications (continued) 18 Communication Module 128 Calendar Module Contact/Motion Module 132 Widget Modules 9 Graphics Module -133 Weather Widget(s) 149 Haptic Feedback Module 133Stocks Widget 149-2 Text Input Module 135 Calculator Widget 149-4 GPS Module 136 Alarm Clock Widget 149-5 Applications 137 Dictionary Widget Contacts Module 138 * 14 Telephone Module 139 1 User-Created Widget(s) 19-6 Video Conference Module Widget Creator Module 150 E-mail Client Module 141 Search Module 155 Instant Messaging Module 142 Online Video Module Workout Support Module 143 Camera Module 144 DeviceGlobal Internal State 157 Image Management Module 152 Pow er 162 Video & Music Player Module 152 Power 162 Notes Module 153 System Map Module 154 External 124 BrowseruModule 13 118 N103 R Circuitry Spae 1313108 Speaker Contrller103 Audio 122 Controller Circuitry Peripherals 103 Microphone Interface Proximity 113 120 Processor(s) 103 Sensor 166 Accelerometer(s) I/O Subsystem Display Optical Intensity Haptic OtherInput Controller156 Sensor(s) Sensor(s) Feedback Controller(s) Controller158 Controller 159 Controller 161 160 103 103 103 103 103 Touch- Optical Contact Tactile Output OtherInput Sensitive Sensor(s) Intensity Generator(s) Control Devices Display System 164 Sensor(s) 167 116

Abstract: An electronic device displays, on a display, a user interface that includes first and second interactive regions of an application. While displaying the user interface, the device detects an input by a contact on the touch-sensitive surface at a location that corresponds to a user interface element in the first interactive region on the display. In response to detecting the input by the contact, when the input meets intensity-based activation criteria (e.g., the contact has a characteristic intensity above an intensity threshold), the device obscures the first interactive region of the application with the exception of the user interface element without obscuring the second interactive region of the application. When the input meets selection criteria (e.g., the contact has a characteristic intensity below the intensity threshold), the device performs a selection operation that corresponds to the user interface element without obscuring the first interactive region of the application.
