    Abstract: processos para a remoção de ácidos de misturas de reação, e para a preparação de triamidas tiofosfóricas. a invenção refere-se a um método para separar ácidos de misturas de reações compreendendo pelo menos um produto de valor, que é de baixa solubilidade em água, por meio de pelo menos uma amina apolar como base auxiliar, dito método compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a) reagir a base auxiliar com o ácido para formar um sal; b) reagir o sal formado na etapa a) com uma outra base que absorva o ácido enquanto liberando a base auxiliar; c) extrair a mistura obtida na etapa b) com água ou um meio aquoso, o sal da outra base dissolvendo-se na fase aquosa e o produto de valor ou a solução do produto de valor em um solvente adequado e a base auxiliar formando pelo menos uma fase separada não-aquosa; e d) remover, por destilação, a base auxiliar e/ou pelo menos parte de qualquer solvente presente na pelo menos uma fase não aquosa obtida na etapa c), em cujo curso duas fases líquidas imiscíveis podem ser formadas. a invenção refere-se ainda a um processo para preparar tiofosforamidas, aos tiofosforamidas obteníveis por este processo e ao uso destes tiofosforamidas como uma adição a fertilizantes minerais e/ou orgânicos-minerais contendo uréia.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a process for the removal of acids from reaction mixtures, comprising at least one product of value which is sparingly soluble in water, by means of at least one unpolar amine as auxiliary base, comprising the following steps: a) reacting the auxiliary base with the acid with formation of a salt; b) reacting the salt formed in step a) with a further base, which accepts the acid with liberation of the auxiliary base; c) extraction of the mixture obtained in step b) with water or an aqueous medium, where the salt of the further base dissolves in the aqueous phase and the product of value, or the solution of the product of value, in a suitable solvent and the auxiliary base form at least one separate nonaqueous phase; and d) removal by distillation of the auxiliary base and/or at least part of the solvent which is optionally present from the at least one nonaqueous phase obtained in step c), it being possible for two nonmiscible liquid phases to form. The invention furthermore relates to a process for the preparation of thiophosphoric triamides, to the thiophosphoric triamides obtained in accordance with this process, and to the use of these thiophosphoric triamides as additive to urea-comprising mineral and/or organic/mineral fertilizers.

    Abstract: A process for preparing mono- or poly-C1-C20-alkyl- and/or -halogen-substituted arylcarbonyl chlorides (I), by, in a first stage, reacting a mono- or poly-C1-C20-alkyl- and/or -halogen-substituted aromatic (II) with CCl4 in the presence of a Friedel-Crafts catalyst to give the corresponding mono- or poly-C1-C20-alkyl- and/or -halogen-substituted trichloromethylated aromatic (III), and, in a second stage, treating the trichloromethylated aromatic (III) with water or a protic acid in the presence of a catalyst to obtain the arylcarbonyl chloride (I). In a particularly preferred embodiment, the trichloromethylated aromatic (III) is not isolated as an intermediate and is used in the second stage dissolved in the solvent of the first stage.
