    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the telescopic motion in the axial direction without increasing the number of parts and to curve a tube by fitting one end of the tube with opening both ends expandable by the pouring of a fluid to a 1st base equipped with a fluid feeding and discharging hole, fitting the other end of the tube to a 2nd base body and embedding a cord into the tube. CONSTITUTION:One end of the tube 1 with opening both ends expandable by the pouring of the fluid of an air, etc., is fitted to a 1st base body 3 equipped with a fluid suction and exhaust hole 2 and the other end of this tube 1 is fitted to a 2nd base body 4. Moreover, a cord 7 is imbedded into this tube 1. Thus the number of parts can be reduced as well by embedding the cord 7 into the tube 1 without separating the tube 1 from a fiber layer. The tube 1 can also be curved around the shaft by arranging the cord 7 embedded into the tube 1.

CONSTITUTION:When a device is made to come down in a state in which the center line of a component and the center line of the device do not agree, and the component is to be inserted into a tube 2 fitted to a pipe body 1, it follows that the component does not collide with the lower end side of the tube 2, but collides with a guard member 7. As a result, the tube 2 is protected, and is not broken by the component or the like.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a spring constant formable into its required magnitude with external force being crossed to an axis by attaching a displacement constrained member, having such length as capable of circumscribing an air sleeve larger than each outer diameter of both inner and outer cylinders, to the inner cylinder or the outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When receiving such external force as crossed with the axis of an air spring, for example, the orthogonal direction, relative displacement being free in each horizontal direction of both inner and outer cylinders 11, 12 is restricted by contact with an air sleeve 13 of a displacement constrained member 16 to be formable with a cylinder body made of rigid material. Therefore, each relative displacement of these inner and outer cylinders 11, 12 after this contact takes place under the influence of elasticity of internal air, transverse rigidity or the like of the air sleeve 13, so that an inner diameter of the displacement constrained member 16 is properly selected whereby a spring constant in the horizontal direction can be set to magnitude conformed to the requirement. Thus, excess displacement in the horizontal direction of these inner and outer cylinders 11, 12 is fully preventable.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a vibration isolator having no need of large energy on a machine body by suspending a machine body of a vibration screening machine and the like with diaphragm type air springs and providing stoppers suppressing movement of the machine body at least in horizontal direction on side faces of the machine body. CONSTITUTION:A machine body 1 of a vibration screening machine is suspended with diaphragm type air springs 2, and a frame 3 and side faces of the machine body 1 are connected together with stoppers 4. And an object having characteris tic strong in horizontal x-direction and soft in vertical y-direction like a rubber actuator 4a is used for the stopper 4. Therefore, spring constant in vertical direction is softened through suspending with diaphragm type air springs 2, and thereby a machine body 1 having great effect in vibration isolating and yet of energy saving can be realized. And the machine body has sufficient rigidity in lateral direction for stoppers 4 suppressing horizontal movement exist there, so there is also no fear of causing side slip or side fall.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To ease the assembling work of the captioned isolator by providing an actuator, which enables to open or close a connecting passage for fluid chambers that are situated between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder and that are connected with each other by means of an elastic body, and connecting the fluid chambers by means of a small-diameter passage that is provided separately from the said connecting passage. CONSTITUTION:Two fluid chambers 4 filled with fluid are formed at a space between an inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2 which are connected with each other by an elastic body 3, so that a connecting passage 5 can be opened or closed by an actuator 6. In addition, when the vibration is not transferred at all, a small-diameter passage 7, which is provided separately from the said connecting passage 5, allows the fluid in the fluid chambers 4 to flow through the passage 7. With this contrivance, a constant and smooth operation of the vibration system can be achieve, thereby reducing the man-hours required for the assembling work.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate variation of the vibration absorbing characteristics by embedding an intermediate cylinder in a resilient member for vibration prevention provided between an inner and an outer cylinder, and discoupling this intermediate cylinder from the outer or inner cylinder to cause alteration of vibropreventive characteristics. CONSTITUTION:The inside surface of an inner resilient member 18 is adhered to the periphery of an inner cylinder 12 while the outside surface adhered to the bore of an intermediate cylinder 20. This intermediate cylinder 20 is fitted by pressure in another intermediate cylinder 22, and an outer resilient member 24 and an outer cylinder 14 are adhered to the outside surface. A pressure member 28 is in condition separate from the periphery of the intermediate cylinder 22 and both the inner and outer resilient members 18, 24 absorb vibration. This allows use of a resilient member in good accordance with the vibration characteristics to provide sure alteration of the vibration absorbing characteristics.
