Abstract: This application provides a vehicle and a power battery heating apparatus and method thereof. In the power battery heating method, when a current temperature value of a power battery (20) is lower than a preset temperature value, and a heating condition of the power battery (20) meets a preset condition, a three-phase inverter (11) is controlled to cause a three-phase alternating current motor (12) to generate heat according to heating energy, to heat a coolant flowing through the power battery (20), a preset quadrature-axis current that causes a torque value outputted by the motor to be an appropriate value is obtained, and a corresponding preset direct-axis current is obtained according to heating power of the power battery (20), so as to control, according to the preset direct-axis current and the preset quadrature-axis current, the three-phase inverter (11) to adjust a phase current of the three-phase alternating current motor (12) in the heating process, where a direction of the preset direct-axis current changes periodically in the heating process, thereby making quantities of times of switching-on and switching-off of an upper leg and a lower leg of power switching devices of the same phase equal, and service life of devices balanced.

The method of over-temperature protection includes: a charging parameter of a charging apparatus during a charging process is obtained, where the charging parameter includes a time and a temperature, and the time corresponds to the temperature; a temperature change trend of the charging apparatus is estimated based on the charging parameter; and when it is determined based on the temperature change trend that the highest estimated temperature is about to exceed a preset temperature threshold, the charging current is limited before the highest estimated temperature exceeds the preset temperature threshold. A temperature change trend of a charging apparatus is estimated based on a charging parameter, and it can be estimated in advance whether the charging apparatus is subject to over-temperature during a charging process, and the charging current can be adjusted faster and more effectively, and safety and reliability are improved.

Abstract: A vehicle stability control system includes a signal collection sensor and a vehicle controller (10). The signal collection sensor is configured to collect a vehicle condition information parameter, and the vehicle controller (10) is configured to calculate a control yaw moment according to the vehicle condition information parameter. The control yaw moment is used to cancel a difference between an estimated yaw moment and an actual yaw moment. The vehicle controller (10) is further configured to determine according to the vehicle condition information parameter whether the vehicle (100) is in a stable region or a non-stable region in the case of tire blow-out, and allocate the control yaw moment to four wheels (101) according to a vehicle stability condition, thus implementing vehicle stability control. A vehicle stability control method and a vehicle (100) with the vehicle stability control system are also disclosed.

The first brake control unit further determines whether a brake torque of the brake actuator (12) on the wheels (9) fails.
