Abstract: This application provides a vehicle and a power battery heating apparatus and method thereof. In the power battery heating method, when a current temperature value of a power battery (20) is lower than a preset temperature value, and a heating condition of the power battery (20) meets a preset condition, a three-phase inverter (11) is controlled to cause a three-phase alternating current motor (12) to generate heat according to heating energy, to heat a coolant flowing through the power battery (20), a preset quadrature-axis current that causes a torque value outputted by the motor to be an appropriate value is obtained, and a corresponding preset direct-axis current is obtained according to heating power of the power battery (20), so as to control, according to the preset direct-axis current and the preset quadrature-axis current, the three-phase inverter (11) to adjust a phase current of the three-phase alternating current motor (12) in the heating process, where a direction of the preset direct-axis current changes periodically in the heating process, thereby making quantities of times of switching-on and switching-off of an upper leg and a lower leg of power switching devices of the same phase equal, and service life of devices balanced.

Abstract: Provided are an electric drive system control method, an electric drive system, and a vehicle, relating to the technical field of vehicles. The method includes the following steps. That the vehicle is in a traveling condition is determined according to a vehicle state parameter. In response to a vehicle heat-up demand signal, a rotation speed value, a shaft end torque value, a present direct axis current value, and a present quadrature axis current value of a motor are obtained. A target torque curve is determined according to the shaft end torque value. A target traveling heating calibration curve is determined according to the vehicle heat-up demand and the rotation speed value. An intersection of the target torque curve and the target traveling heating calibration curve is used as a target traveling condition point. A target quadrature axis current value and a target direct axis current value are determined according to the target traveling condition point. A synthetic current vector amplitude value of the target quadrature axis current value and the target direct axis current value is greater than a synthetic current vector amplitude value of the present quadrature axis current value and the present direct axis current value. According to the target direct axis current value and the target quadrature axis current value, the motor is controlled to operate.
