Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sampling structure, a battery pack, and an electric vehicle. The sampling structure includes a battery information collector, a plurality of fuses, and a plurality of collection lines. First ends of the collection lines are configured to be connected with corresponding batteries. Connection terminals are arranged on second ends of the collection lines. A plurality of pads are arranged on the battery information collector. First ends of the fuses are welded to the corresponding connection terminals. Second ends of the fuses are welded to the corresponding pads. The collection lines and the battery information collector in the present disclosure are welded through the fuses. The fuses not only can provide connection, but also can provide overcurrent protection.

The control module (101) is configured to prohibit sending a pre-charge on signal to the pre-charge switch module (104) upon receiving the liquid leakage signal while receiving a start signal for starting the battery core (102). The pre-charge switch module (104) is configured to prohibit connection of the pre-charge voltage end and the power output end when not receiving the pre-charge on signal, to prohibit the battery core (102) from outputting a pre-charge voltage through the power output end.

The electrode core assemblies are packaged in a packaging film. A length of the electrode core string extends in the second direction. The housing is provided with a mounting component, and the mounting component is configured to be connected and fixed to an external load.

Abstract: A harmonica-shaped tube, a harmonica-shaped tube type heat exchanger and a vehicle. The harmonica-shaped tube comprises a plurality of flow channels arranged at intervals, wherein inner walls of at least some flow channels are provided with protrusions protruding in the direction approaching the centers of the flow channels and/or recesses recessed in the direction away from the centers of the flow channels. The protrusions and recesses can enable a liquid fluid (refrigerant) to nucleate rapidly, and can also burst large nucleuses which grow in a disorderly manner, thereby preventing the large nucleuses from forming boundary layers on the inner walls of the flow channels, such that nucleuses can be separated from wall surfaces rapidly. Therefore, the heat exchange performance of the harmonica-shaped tube is improved, and the heat exchange requirements of a traction battery are satisfied.

The electrode core string includes multiple electrode core assemblies sequentially disposed in a second direction and connected in series. The multiple electrode core assemblies are encapsulated in an encapsulation film. A length direction of the electrode core string extends in the second direction.
