    Abstract: The present disclosure provide a power distribution apparatus, a battery pack, and a vehicle. The power distribution apparatus includes: a base, a high-voltage connection part and a low-voltage connection part being fixed on the base; a high-voltage loop, at least a portion of the high-voltage loop being arranged on the base, the high-voltage loop being electrically connected to the high-voltage connection part, the high-voltage loop having a module positive-electrode connection end and a module negative-electrode connection end, and the high-voltage loop including a main disconnecting switch core fixed on the base; a circuit board, the circuit board being arranged on the base; a low-voltage loop, the low-voltage loop being integrated into the circuit board and being electrically connected to the low-voltage connection part; and a plurality of high-and-low-voltage tabs, an end of each high-and-low-voltage tab being connected to the high-voltage loop for electrical connection, and another end of the high-and-low-voltage tab being plugged into the circuit board for electrical connection with the low-voltage loop. The power distribution apparatus in the embodiments of the present disclosure has advantages such as a simple and compact structure, high space utilization, a small volume, a light weight, and low costs.

The power distribution apparatus includes: a base, the base being configured with an interface area, a high-voltage connection part and a low-voltage connection part being fixed in the interface area; a high-voltage loop, at least a portion of the high-voltage loop being arranged on the base, the high-voltage loop overlapping with the high-voltage connection part for electrical connection, the high-voltage loop having a battery positive-electrode connection end and a battery negative-electrode connection end, components connected in the high-voltage loop being electrically connected through overlapping, the high-voltage loop including a main disconnecting switch core, and the main disconnecting switch core being fixed on the base and the main disconnecting switch core and the base jointly forming a first module; a circuit board, the circuit board being arranged on the base; and a low-voltage loop, the low-voltage loop being integrated into the circuit board and the low-voltage loop and the circuit board jointly forming a second module, and the high-voltage loop and the low-voltage connection part being respectively plugged into the circuit board and electrically connected to the low-voltage loop. The power distribution apparatus in the embodiments of the present disclosure has advantages such as a simple and compact structure space utilization, a small volume, a light weight, low costs, versatility and high production efficiency.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery pack and an electric vehicle. The battery pack includes a box, a sealing cover, a battery string, a sampling structure, and a battery information collector configured to be connected with a battery management system. The battery string and the sampling structure are arranged inside the box. The battery string includes multiple electrically connected batteries. The sampling structure includes multiple sampling lines. First ends of the sampling lines are connected with the corresponding batteries. Second ends of the sampling lines are connected with the battery information collector. The box is provided with an opening. The battery information collector is arranged at the opening of the box. The sealing cover is located on an outer side of the battery information collector. The sealing cover is configured to seal the opening of the box. Since the battery information collector in the present disclosure is arranged at the opening of the box, the internal space of the box is not occupied. Through the sealing cover, both the sealing of the box and the sealing of the battery information collector can be realized. In this way, the production costs can be reduced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sampling structure, a battery pack, and an electric vehicle. The sampling structure includes a battery information collector, a plurality of fuses, and a plurality of collection lines. First ends of the collection lines are configured to be connected with corresponding batteries. Connection terminals are arranged on second ends of the collection lines. A plurality of pads are arranged on the battery information collector. First ends of the fuses are welded to the corresponding connection terminals. Second ends of the fuses are welded to the corresponding pads. The collection lines and the battery information collector in the present disclosure are welded through the fuses. The fuses not only can provide connection, but also can provide overcurrent protection.
