Abstract: PURPOSE:To stick the printer, which also enables printing to sheet paper, fast to sheet paper, and to remove the unevenness of printing and a blur by holding the printer under a state that the printer is pushed at all times against the sheet paper side on a desk in the electronic apparatus with the printer. CONSTITUTION:Several projecting pieces 26 are formed to the side surfaces of the case 24 of the printer 12, the through holes 26a of these projecting pieces 26 are fitted to support shafts 27 protrusively mounted to the bottom plate 1a of an electronic desk calculator proper 1 in elevation-free shape, and the printer 12 is downward pushed at all times by means of coil springs 28 elastically set up to the support shafts 27. Accordingly, the projecting section 24a of the printer 12 is brought to a state projected from a lower section when lifting the electronic desk calculator 1. When the electronic desk calculator is placed onto sheet paper 8 on a desk under the state, the printer 12 is lefted against the force of the springs, the projecting section 24a is brought to a state that it is fast stuck to sheet paper 8, and printing can be executed positively.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent reflection on a paper cutter surface due to light from the outside and obviate mistakes of printing by mounting an outside light shielding means to an edge section of a paper cutter in an electronic apparatus with a printer. CONSTITUTION:Bearing sections 17b are integrally formed at both sides near to an edge section 17a of a paper cutter 17 consisting of a colorless and transparent material such as acryl resin, and a shaft 181 of a shielding plate 18 made up by an opaque member is inserted and pivotally supported in a rotatable shape. The projection of light L from the outside to the paper cutter 17 is prevented by turning the shielding plate 18 in the arrow head (a), (b) directions. Thus, the difficulty of the visual recognition of an inside printing surface a due to the glistening of the surface of the cutter 17 can be obviated. Preferably, the shielding plate 18 is integrally molded by the same member as the paper cutter 17, and the both surfaces of the shielding plate 18 section are mat-treated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate confirmation of a letter immediately after printing by reducing the size of visual angle developed from the configuration of the printer body with an inclined printer, resulting to reduce the visual angle against the printed letters. CONSTITUTION:For an electronic desk calculator having a printer, a type drum 6 is disposed on the direct front of a roll type recording paper 4. An inclined surface 1b is formed by lifting the opposite side of the bottom against an operator of a case 1a located under the apparatus to secure the printer 5 on the inclined surface 1b. When alpha designates the visual angle given by the printer 5 itself, gamma designating the angle of the inclined surface 1b, and beta designating the visual angle against the printed letter 7, beta=alpha-gamma relation is derived, which causes the inclined surface angle gamma to adjust to make a proper angle of the visual angle beta against the printed letters 7.

The operator can select the desired icon from the content of the display.
