    Abstract: The system described has a surface (3) for the document or picture, a scanning unit (A) for the document, an output unit (B) for supplying the picture information obtained, and a unit for recognising the format of the document. A mode selection unit (200) selects either a first mode in which the scanning unit scans two documents or a second mode which scans only one document. There is also a control unit which, in the case of the first mode, controls the output unit so that the information received during the scan is divided into two sets depending on the format. One of the two sets is supplied on a different sheet or another sheet.

    Abstract: An indicating device is described for an electronic flash system having TTL light metering, which has a signal generator which at the time of a test light emission gives off an electrical signal corresponding to a preselected aperture value, a light metering device which receives light from the flash passing through the photographic lens of a camera and gives off an electrical signal corresponding to the amount of light received, a comparison device which compares the output signal of the light metering device with the output signal of the signal generator and produces a flash termination signal when the output signal of the light metering device exceeds the output signal of the signal generator, and also a device for displaying the output signal of the comparison device responding to the output signal of the comparison device.
