    Abstract: PURPOSE:To constantly obtain holograms having specified quality by including processing stages using 1st, 2nd and 3rd solvents in a developing stage and using a solvent mixture composed of the 1st and 2nd solvents for the 2nd solvent. CONSTITUTION:Interference patterns of radiations are formed in a recording carrier essentially composed of a polymer which contains an arom. ring or heterocycle having a reaction position substitutable by radicals in the unit structure and a halogen contg. compd. and the recording carrier is processed and developed by the solvents, by which the holograms are produced. This developing stage includes the processing stages using the 1st, 2nd and 3rd solvents. The solvent mixture composed of the 1st solvent and the 2nd solvent is used for the 2nd solvent. The fluctuation in the quality of the holograms obtd. in such a manner is eliminated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable highly precision finishing accuracy attainable, by using polymeric gelatinized material for a polishing tool. CONSTITUTION:As for hydrophilic gel, a bridge structure is given to a hydrophilic polymer. And, it is set down to a hydrophilic polymer gel tool 6. Since this polymeric gel tool is uniform within three dimensions in the bridge formation and that it is sparsely distributed, it has uniform abrasive grain holding power wherever it may be, thus it will not locally have the large abrasive grain holding power that is caused for a micro-scratch. And, repeatability of this abrasive holding power is adjusted by concentration of a monomeric aqueous solution before polymerization, and a monomer type is altered whereby the abrasive grain holding power is adjustable so that it can be set down to such a tool that has the abrasive holding power suitable for the characteristic of a workpiece. In addition, since rigidity is not so large as pitch, conformability to an aspherical form is large enough, so that it will do not to reduce the tool size in particular. Therefore, the form of a polishing surface is not restricted and thereby the polishing surface of a continuous-discontinuous free curved surface is polishable accurately.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure forming capacity for a highly accurate surface form and good surface roughness, by making a magnetic fluid solution collide with a workpiece surface with the relative motion of a polishing tool, having a member generating a magnetic field, to a workpiece, and polishing the workpiece. CONSTITUTION:A polishing tool 12 has a cylindrical turning shaft 14, and a spherical body 16 to be constituted of a member, whose material generates a magnetic field, is connected and fixed to the tip part. And, the spherical body 16 of the polishing tool 12 is rotated in a magnetic fluid solution 22, and the ambient magnetic fluid solution 22 is dragged by attraction by dint of magnetic force, whereby the necessary flow velocity is given to the magnetic fluid solution 22. Likewise, the sherical body 16 is approached to such a part that should like to polish a workpiece 20 whereby magnetite grains in the magnetic fluid solution 22 are made to collide with a work surface, thus polishing takes place. Accordingly, dragging efficiency of the magnetic fluid solution 22 can be raised up, so that forming capacity for a highly accurate surface form and very favorable surface roughness both are obtainable.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an optical molding high in surface accuracies and having no burr or defect at all, by a method wherein liquid containing a polymerizable substance and another liquid having no compatibility with said liquid substantially are brought into contact with each other so that an interface between these liquids forms a curved surface; then, the polymerizable substance is polymerized while maintaining the configuration of the interface substantially. CONSTITUTION:When liquid 2 having a large specific gravity and consisting of carbon tetrachloride or the like, another liquid 3 having a small specific gravity and consisting of a solution including polymerizable substance or the like, gas 4 consisting of nitrogen or the like are laminated sequentially from the bottom surface 1a of a cylindrical vessel 1, an interface between the liquid 2, having a large specific gravity, and the liquid 3, containing the polymerizable substance, forms a curved surface based on the balance of a difference of surface tensions between the liquids, an interface tension, buoyancy from the liquid 2 to the liquid 3 and the like, since the liquid 2 has no compatibility with the liquid 3 substantially. On the other hand; an interface between the solution 3 and the gas 4 forms a curved surface normally by the balance of power based on the surface tension of the liquid 3, the size of a drip consisting of the liquid 3, gravity, atmospheric pressure or the like. The drip of liquid having a desired configuration and a radius of curvature may be obtained by controlling various above-described forces.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily work an electrostatic actuator by composing a movable element of a conductive material, and disposing a dielectric layer on the surface of the element to simplify the construction. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic actuator is composed of stators 10a-10c, and movable elements 30a, 30b. An electrode pattern 20 made of a conductor is formed at a predetermined interval on the stator 10, and a dielectric pattern 40 is formed at a pitch to become 1:1.16 ratio with the pattern 20 of the stator 10 is also formed on the element 30. The interval (d) of the electrode 20 of the stator 10 and the pattern 40 of the element 30 is held at 0.1-0.2mm, and all the elements 30 are supported integrally movably in directions of arrows A, B, as shown. Thus, in order to move the element 30, a predetermined pulselike voltage is sequentially applied in a moving direction to the electrodes 20 of the stator 10 to draw the element 30 between the electrodes to which the voltage is applied.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device and reduce consumption power, by laminating a plurality of sheets having flexibility and conductivity vertically with constant spaces between the sheets. CONSTITUTION:Sheets 1 having conductivity consist of attracted sections 2 and elastic bearing sections 3 for supporting the sections 2, and on the peripheral sections of the elastic bearing sections 3, punched sections 8 are formed, and the bearing sections 3 are permitted to have elasticity, and the attracted sections 2 can be vertically oscillated to a specified degree. On the surfaces of the attracted sections 2, insulating layers 5 are arranged. Besides non-conductive spacers 4 are alternately laminated on the external edge sections of the sheets 1, and the sheets 1 are retained with specified spaces between them. Then, potential with alternately different polarity is applied to the conductive sections of the respective sheets 1, and an attraction force is worked between the attracted sections 2, and a device can be moved.

In this case, so far as the composition of the electrodes is concerned, a main line electrode 11 of phi A5 and a branch line electrode 12 extended orthogonally to the electrode 11, and a main line electrode 14 of phi A7 and branch line electrodes 14a-14b..., extending in a similar manner as the above-mentioned, and the like are formed as shown in the figure. Then, by applying voltage to the electrodes 2 of the stator 1 in order from a drive circuit, and by shifting an electric field generated from the branch-line electrodes, said movable element 3 can be moved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption, by arranging a plurality of electrodes at specified intervals radially with respect to the axis of an output shaft, on a surface confronted with the rotary body of a stator. CONSTITUTION:The rotation shaft 2 of the rotary body(rotor)1 of a dielectric is supported pivotally and rotatably by a bearing 7 set at upper and lower plates 5, 6. On the upper surface of the lower plate 6 confronted with the rotor 1, electrode patterns 3 are arranged. The electrodes 3 are vaporised and formed to be arranged at specified intervals radially with respect to the axis of the rotation shaft 2 of the rotor 1. Then, from a drive circuit 10, voltage is applied to the electrodes 3 in order, and an electric field generated from the electrodes 3 is shifted. As a result, by an electrostatic action with electric charge stored in the rotor 1 due to said electrodes 3, the rotor 1 can be rotated.
