Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve durability by providing a bearing sleeve made of ceramics sintered body on the inner peripheral side of a motor casing corresponding to a spiral groove radial dynamic pressure bearing section. CONSTITUTION:To the inner peripheral surface of a motor casing 8 opposed to spiral groove radial bearing sections 12, 13 formed on the outer periphery of both ends of a rotor 2 is fixed a ceramic bearing sleeve 81 separate from a member of the motor casing 8. Thus, since a dynamic pressure bearing section is formed of said sleeve 81, the durability is substantially improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve safety and durability by interconnecting a rotor and impeller mainly with a concave-convex joint construction capable of transmitting rotary torque to support the rear surface of the rotor and the front surface of the impeller with a spiral groove thrust dynamic bearing. CONSTITUTION:The rear surface of a rotor 2 and the front surface of an impeller 10 are supported respectively with spiral groove thrust dynamic pressure bearings 14, 15. The rotor 2 and impeller 10 rotatably supported on a fixed shaft 1 through a spiral groove radial dynamic pressure bearings 12, 13 are interconnected with a joint construction capable of transmitting mainly rotary torque under the connecting condition capable of escaping axially the impeller an rotor on an irregular portion. Thus, the effect of temperature strain can be prevented, so that the safety and durability are improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To stabilize running of a blower by rotatably supporting a motor rotor sleeve made of a heat resisting material through a spiral groove radial dynamic pressure bearing on a center fixed shaft extending in a blower casing and having a cooling pipe disposed therein. CONSTITUTION:A fixed shaft 1 provides a center fixed shaft extending through the center of a blower casing 5. A motor rotor sleeve 19 and impeller 10 made of ceramic sintered body are supported rotatably on the fixed shaft 1 through spiral groove radial dynamic pressure bearings 12, 13. The rear surface of a motor rotor sleeve 19 and the front surface of an impeller 10 are rotatably supported by bearings 14, 15 and a cooling pipe 6 is disposed in the fixed shaft 1. Thus, the motor 4 can prevent the motor rotor 2 from the exothermix reaction even the heat of high temperature gas and a motor 4 is generated, so that the magnetic property of the motor 4 is not degraded. Thus, the motor 4 can be stably run.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent lubricating oil for bearings and liquid for seals from being mixed with steam by interposing a thrust bearing plate provided with a spiral groove between upper and lower surface thrust plates to support a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a thrust is operated to urge an impeller 10 against the motor 4 side, the thrust is received by an upper surface thrust plate 14 in a bearing casing and a spiral groove thrust dynamic pressure bearing section of a thrust bearing carrier plate 15 on a rotary shaft 1. When the reversed thrust acts, a spiral groove thrust dynamic pressure bearing section on the upper surface of a lower surface thrust carrier plate 16 receives the thrust. A radial force is received by the spiral groove radial dynamic pressure bearing made of bearing sections 12, 13 and the inner surfaces of bearing members 22, 23 supported flexibly.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent vibration by providing a elastic body pivotally mounting a fixed side thrust pad on back face to the axial direction for giving pre-load to a dynamic pressure thrust bearing in spiral channel. CONSTITUTION:A fixed side thrust pad body 10 is equipped with pivotally mounted by a spring 9 on a position, which opposes to a rotation side thrust pad face 6 formed on front face of a impeller 4, on inner wall of a front casing 7. A dynamic pressure thrust bearing in spiral channel, existing between the rotation side thrust pad face 6 and the fixed side thrust pad face 10, is pre- loaded by the spring 9. Therefore,the same doesn't cause unstable vibrational state like chattering and the like even if in a case of sudden changing of thrust force in magnitude or in direction.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a moor and prevent transferred liquid from pollution by disposing respectively a spiral groove, dynamic pressure thrust and radial bearings between a rotor and an impeller of the motor and a spiral groove and a dynamic pressure radial bearing at the side of rotor opposite to the impeller. CONSTITUTION:While a motor is provided with a rotor 1 and a stator 2, an impeller 4 is secured fixedly to an end of a spindle 3. While a thrust bearing 11 and a radial bearing 12 are disposed between the rotor 1 and impeller 4, a radial bearing 13 is disposed at the extreme end of rotor 1 on the side opposite to the impeller 4 side. The respective radial bearings 12, 13 are inserted into ceramic shaft sleeves 16, 17 formed on the surface with spiral groove. Also, the thrust bearing 11 formed of ceramic sintered body as the fixed side thrust support plate is disposed between a pair of rotary disks 21, 23 made of ceramic sintered body as the rotary side thrust support plate.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a cylindrical body from being broken down due to a crack, and to realize a stable rotational operation by providing a magnet on a rotor, and also, forming a specular surface on the outside peripheral surface of an outside peripheral member. CONSTITUTION:A polygon mirror rotor 3 is constituted of a cylindrical body 31 made of ceramics, which is fitted so as to be freely rotatable into a fixed shaft 5, and an outside peripheral member 32 made of a metal, which is fixed by shrinkage fitting to the outside periphery of the cylindrical body 32. Also, a magnet 7 is provided on the rotor 3, and moreover, a specular surface 2 is formed on the outside peripheral surface of the outside peripheral member 32. In such a way, such an accident as the rotor is broken down due to propaga tion of a crack does not occur, and from the viewpoint of safety, a satisfactory and stable high speed rotation can also be executed, and the polygon mirror rotor which can reflect a laser light, etc. with high accuracy is consituted simply and manufactured easily, and obtained in a safe and inexpensive form.

A motor unit is constituted, the dynamic pressure generating groove 11, namely, a spiral groove is formed on both sides of the rotor 3, a thrust receiving member 10 is interposed and arranged so as to be opposed to sad groove and pressed, and inserted and held by both ends of the bush 51, and a thrust dynamic pressure bearing is formed.

Therefore, the generation of decomposition gas of the lubricating oil which is generated in case of the prior ball bearing can be suppressed, and the heat generation phenomenon can be suppressed, and the deterioration of the lubricant can be prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the lubricity by installing a small sphere between a thrust receiving plate on a motor side and a base member and forming a dynamic pressure generating groove on the thrust receiving plate. CONSTITUTION:A thrust receiving plate 7 having a spiral groove 6, base member 8 which is installed onto a motor shaft 5 and opposed to the thrust receiving plate 7, and a small sphere 9 set therebetween are provided. The thrust receiving plate 7 and the base member 8 opposed to the thrust receiving plate 7 form a recessed part 10 at the center, and the superior revolution can be achieved by the small sphere 9 set in the recessed part 10. Therefore, the local solid contact is prevented, and the heat generation phenomenon can be suppressed even if the lubricant such as oil and grease is used, and the generation of decomposition gas of lubricant can be suppressed.
